Please is how did you deal with your transcripts. Can I use a copy of my student copy and then notorize it?

Please, is it only Degree certificate we are to authorize?
Also, my Certificate and have Signature of the registrar while my transcript(not student copy) is signed and stamped too. If i make a coloured copy of the two, will that be okay?
