For me, ssc is better since its for everybody and you can easily repent to RC [regular course] after your first three years, and by then you are already a lieutenant, and i love weapons... am in LOVE with the GUNZ...

ok, my dream is to become a 2nd lieutenant as a beginner in the Army, through the direct short service commission [DSSC] with Bsc in Sociology and will later convert to regular course and retire as a Major General, how can i get that?
