Themanwithnonam: If you were smart enough, you would know that the tests are outsourced to external parties(SHL) and only the results get sent to PwC and the interviews are organized inhouse. Anyways, i don’t think i have anything to prove to you and oh, yes i dont have an interview guide(I definitely agree with that) because i dont have anything to prove to you. P.s- simply because most of us are anonymous, you dont know who is who Yen yen yen yen yen |

Themanwithnonam: Unfortunately for everyone, the interview guide i got from someone in the Firm isn’t seeing the light of the day here, i did thought that the purpose of this group is to help out, but then, Nigerians will be Nigerians. I wish everyone still in the game, goodluck. Let the best Man win. Shut up OGA, why didnt the person tell you the answer to the personality test. Whether you share or not, people that will get the job will. |

I forgot to mention. Last year test was 35min expected completion time. This year is 25 min.
Though there's no count down, but please do not stay too long spending like 40 minutes on it.
For me i ensured i finished 24 minutes.
Max you should use is 30min. My own opinion |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Pwc Graduate Recruitment 2021 by Qizzie: 9:08am On May 24, 2021 |
eureka01: Do you have the best/best material? No i don't, just ensure you are consistent in your answer. Its your personality they want to test. Not any other person. So the question is 52 questions and each question contains 3 statements where you would be asked to pick most/least or best/best. So it depends on you to know the statement that best describe you and the one that least describe you. The personality test is not time but you are expected to finish in 35min. Dont stay too long. Max finish before then or max of 40min. |

ennyj01: Hi DivineKayy, good evening
I think I remembered you from the 2019 thread because you were always ready to assist so you stood out. Please I got to find out from someone in Ecobank that Entry level is lower than GT role in the bank.
My mail reads "ECOBANK ENTRY LEVEL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM" and I heard it is different from that advertised in 2019.
How true? You never even get the job. You don dey worry. Entry level and graduate trainee na same |

For those that are yet to be shortlisted. I heard you can send a mail to them to let them know, provided you meet the requirements.
Someone should try that and provide feedback |

lonewolf20: Shortlisting is quite straightforward. You applied for the position. I guess you applied for advisory first and they considered only your application for advisory. If you meet one year experience criteria then you will be fine (my opinion and based on previous years).
P.S. For those who chose assurance and tax, there is room to always move into other units like advisory. Just gather some experience in assurance/tax, opportunities will always arise within other units. which is more marketable in advisory and assurance. I even learnt advisory is more tighter to get into. Anyone that can shed mroe light on this. |

lonewolf20: This year's format might be different My experience:
the first stage SHL: It was basically past questions
Second stage SHL: Numericals- 10 questions- 15mins (no past questions) Verbal- 18 questions- 11 mins( no past questions)
It might take any form since it's just one SHL stage this year Yes, it might be more than that and more time allotted this year. Since this would be proctored, there might not be any need for another verification test. |

justbehappy: How did you shoot yourself in the leg? Do you mind sharing your experience with us about the personality test? So i had seen the former type of questions which the requirement is most/least and the last year own was changed to best/best. Anxiety made me forgot my self and brain and went ahead filling the questionnaire on most/least format |

For those that are interested and for serious people only.
If you want real pwc shl past questions for both numerical and verbal(including last year own).
I have it but comes at a price though. I also used money to get it.
Like i said, serious people only.
Hit me up through the mailing system on Nairaland.
In fact, the personality test question and answer also available but till we reach that stage first. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Pwc Graduate Recruitment 2021 by Qizzie: 12:52pm On May 05, 2021 |
lonewolf20: No worries. I believe most will get shortlisted except you applied for advisory without relevant 1 year experience( based on previous recruitments) My Little biased opinion- PwC recruitment is quite straightforward and easy to scale through if you are well prepared. For the SHL, i feel a good number of applicants always take the VERBAL for granted. It's the tricky part. Just prepare guys PwC is a great place to be. So Good Luck as you commence the process. Seems you were part of the successful candidate last year |
