Thanks for your response. The way it works is that we will need to address and cover Part A and B below.

Part A
- Do they have an up-to-date resume?
- Do they currently work as pipefitter(s) or welder(s)?
If the answer is yes, we will need to review the resume to ensure it covers Part B below

NB: If they have their own business (welding/pipefitting business, they should also come with a resume/cv.

Part B
Important things to include or cover in the resume/CV are as follows:
(a) - their educational background (e.g., the school attended and degree/diploma achieved, year and qualification, e.g., B.Sc or ND (National
Diploma) in technical, structural, engineering, etc.

(b) - work experience- place of current employment with details of their day to day functions. If they have their own business, they should
simply state the name of their business or trade name.

(c) - work references - who can be contacted to verify they have the experience.

It is highly advised not to fabricate any educational history or work experience if the person did not gain the qualification or work experience as the company would be verifying the information, if eventually the resume gets submitted and the candidate is shortlisted.

Once the resume is reviewed, we will get in touch to discuss next step, which will including forwarding the candidate for consideration.
