The problem I have regarding this is that I worked in Lagos. So, it will be difficult to come south south or other south west other than Ogun State

The problem I have with going to another state other than Ogun State is that I still work in abeokuta and lagos state and I wouldn't want to go Ondo or Ekiti and put somebody there.

I thinking of venturing into farming (cassava Plantation farming).

I want to buy 4 plots of land to start. I don't know if buy land is a good option or leasing will be better.

Regarding the cassava farming. I have little knowledge on it anyway so any advice and hint will be gratefully appreciated.

Meanwhile, for the smart home system. I have a very cost effective solution that can be easily integrate in the build. They are smart switches and sockets. With these devices you can easily pair them with a phone app (android/iOS) and then exercise control over your electrical appliances in the house.
