It was earlier reported that the accountant with Glo Telecommunications had taken her life over the inability to get a husband to settle down but it turned out the report is false as she suffered SEVERE DEPRESSION as new details emerges.

Benjamin Hundeyin,the spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command had confirmed that Folake Abiola committed suicide by allegedly drinking a ‘chemical substance’ on Friday, at her residence.

“It’s true, the police were there, she drank pesticide (name withheld to discourage more usage). The family initially wrote to the police to demand her body, and the body was released on compassionate grounds. She has since been buried on the 27th of May.

“The whole family came together to request for the body. It’s confirmed that it was suicide; she drank pesticide. The bottle was on the floor.” he added.

However,a colleague of the deceased, who spoke to PUNCH Newspaper, said Abiola had been suffering from depression for years. She however dismissed report that it was lack of husband and loneliness....

In 2006, officials from a north London housing association entered an apartment belonging to a 38-year-old woman identified just as Joyce Carol Vincent to reposes it due to unpaid rent and what they discovered next was nothing but a skeletonized body of a dead person believed to be Joyce but officers needed to invited first for identification.

This was because she was entirely unidentifiable. Her body was mostly decomposed, as she had been dead for years.

Joyce Carol Vincent lived in London in a bedsit, a type of social housing in the United Kingdom.

HOW SHE WAS DISCOVERED

According to an exclusive article by ATI , the officials who came to her apartment on January 5, 2006, were there to repossess her apartment due to unpaid rent. Though, it’s estimated that she died sometime in December of 2003.

Neighbors didn’t really know her, thus didn’t really notice her absence. The only detectable thing was a bad smell, which they attributed to garbage bins below the apartment.

Vincent was found on the floor, clutching a shopping bag. Because her remains were mostly skeletal, she was only able to be identified through dental records. It also had been too long to determine a cause of death, though police suggested she died of natural causes after a criminal investigation ruled out any foul play. Vincent reportedly had asthma and it’s been speculated that she may have had an attack.
With a cause of death essentially placed, only one question remained: how could someone be dead for two years and no one notices?

Not that anyone deserves to die and go unnoticed for several years, but it was particularly strange that nobody seemed to know Joyce Vincent had passed away. She was 38 years old, she worked for most of her life, she had family and friends, and wasn’t known to be on drugs or in any legal trouble.

Edward Achado,the baby daddy to Stephanie Terungwa has been revealed as being the major reason why Jenifer Tsembe murdered her friend and mother of one in cold blood.

In continuation to the arrest of one Jenifer Tsembe, Solomon Abu and Monday Simon in the murder case of female NYSC corp member... The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Commissioner of Police, Sunday Babaji on Monday revealed how the 26-year-old National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member, Terungwa Stephanie was allegedly killed from exposure to a corrosive substance.

While parading the three suspects: Jenifer Tsembe 26, Monday Simon (a.k.a Black) 36 and Solomon Abu 35 for their complicity in the death of the deceased who until her death resides in City Homes Estate Lokogoma with one Edward Achado, her lover who happens to be her baby daddy.

The police boss revealed that the suspects “criminally conspired and murdered the victim to separate her from Edward Achado so that Jennifer Tsembe one of the suspects and an estranged lover of Edward could have him all to herself, especially for pecuniary benefits.”

It could be recalled that the deceased left her residence with her one year, five-month-old son on April 14 and never returned home. A day later, the son was recovered at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church upon a call placed through to one of the paternal relatives.

Jenifer,narrating her side of the story, said she had no intentions to kill her friend but to abduct her and demand ransom from Achado, her lover.

"I didn't kill her. The other male suspect, Solomon, initiated the plan of her abduction". Tsembe spoke incoherently.

However, the other suspects confessing on their involvement disagree with Tsembe who is friends with the deceased saying she had conceived the plan for the deceased to come to her house where she requested their help to tie her upon her arrival.

They alleged that after they had played their part, Tsembe instructed that they go away leaving the suspect, deceased and her child behind.

Speaking to journalists, Simon also known as Black said after he left, Tsembe had called him to say she needed help with the body because the deceased had died.

Oromidayo, a civil engineering student with the Ibadan polytechnic has allegedly died after engaging in $ex romp with a fellow female students identified as Elesin Otipayan.

As we continue to demand for justice in the heartbreaking murder of Deborah Samuels who was Stoned and set ablaze in Sokoto state,the northern part of Nigeria. EvaDoosh blog, has decided to take it readers back to the unsolved case of Christiana Oluwatoyin Oluwasesin, which occured back on March 21st ,2007 in Gombe Northern Nigeria.

In 2007, a teacher by name Christiana Oluwatoyin Oluwasesin, a wife and mother of two was stoned, beaten, her throat slit, and eventually burnt beyond recognition by her secondary school students over claims that she had disrespected the Quran.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Mrs Oluwatoyin, was invigilating secondary school students, sitting for an Islamic exam, and noticed that some of the students still had their bags with them as exams was about to start. She took the bags and kept them on the floor in front of the class.
One of the students who had her Quran in her bag began crying that she has desecrated the Quran by putting it on the floor.

Lol and behold, other students who had no idea on what happened, started shouting Allahu Akbar, it it didn't take minutes before the rumours spread and the students surrounded her seeking for her blood. The principal tried to explain but they wouldn't listen,then she made frantic move to save her to no avail.

These students tied her up, cut her into pieces and set her remains ablaze. After they had finished with her, they proceeded to burn her car and also tried to k!ll her then 10-months old son who fortunately,got saved by another woman who hid the child under her garment.

It's no longer news that one Jenifer Fani Tsembe,a graduate from the prestigious BENUE state university has been arrested alongside Solomon Abu and Monday Simon for their involvement in the murder of an NYSC Corp Member, Stephanie Terungwa.

The arrest has shocked everyone especially that of Jenifer, who has been tagged a "good & quiet girl" back in her school days. Though a man identified as Sule Tengu Joshua on Facebook that claims to be her neighbor has a view of her that's quite different from everyone that has been in contact with the suspect.


Sule, in his comment on Facebook claimed Jenifers' father came to see his dad few days ago and was "scared and running BP".

Nigerian police have arrested three person's linked to the brutal murder of BENUE NYSC Corp Member, Stephanie Terungwa who was abducted on her way to CDs and unfortunately k!lled.

In the press release, the police listed one, Edward Achado, Jennifer Tsembe, Monday Simon, Solomon Abu as the persons behind her murder. Though one of them is said to be at large.

A serving Senator, Ali Wakili, chairman senate committee on poverty is died at age 56.




The senator was said to have died in the early hours of today, Saturday, at his Abuja residence.

Tragedy struck in a Zimbabwean village after a pastor, Shamiso Kanyama, died after he was allegedly buried alive on his instructions.

A Zimbabwean village has been struck with tragedy when a pastor, Shamiso Kanyama, died after he was allegedly buried alive on his instructions.
Reports states that Kanyama had asked his followers, 5 members of the same family, to bury him alive so that he could summon more cleansing powers to help cleanse their house of evil spirits.

The members of the family, has now been charged with the murder of the 'man of God', as they were the ones who invited the pastor to their house to help cleanse their home, believed to be plagued by mysterious deaths.

According to Zed 24 News, the country’s local newspaper, the accused family members, identified as Leanmore Mutero, Tonderai Muswere, Michael Muchengeti, Manasa Mutero and Nicholas Mutero, have been charged before the High Court in Harare for murder.

“In response to our request to perform a healing ceremony, Kanyama ordered us to dig a grave and bury him alive because that was the way he summoned more healing powers to ward off evil spirits,” they explained.

However, the plan boomeranged, as the pastor, instead of resurrecting as he planned, the men dug up the grave again to find him dead. The state witness, Father Zvidzai, told the High Court that Kanyama helped to dig his own grave before praying and jumping inside, adding that after Kanyama laid face down in the grave, he ordered his followers to cover him with soil.

“He secured a grave-shaped pit in front of my hut and asked for help to dig the pit. The deceased requested to be buried alive so that he would gain power to drive away the evil forces after resurrecting”, Zvidzai said.

One Joseph Taderera told court that as the men were in the process of filling the grave, he asked them to stop what they were doing as he was scared for the life of the prophet but they snubbed him when the prophet insisted they continued the process of burying him that he would rise from the grave unharmed.

“I warned the men about the danger of their actions, still they disregarded me because the deceased kept telling me that I am disturbing his angels, and urged them to continue filling the grave, saying that he would later come out alive”, Taderera said.

The National Broadcasting Commission [NBC] on Friday said it has arrested operators of Radio Biafra, blocked the station from Nigeria’s airwaves and seized its transmission equipment in many part of Nigeria’s South-East zone.
NBC’s Director General, Emeka Mba, made this known Friday in a statement made available to PREMIUM TIMES.
Mr. Mba said his commission has effectively neutralised the illegal broadcast from the pirate radio station he said had shattered the peace of South-East Nigeria with unsavoury messages.

“Working with security operatives, the commission has also tracked down, neutralized and confiscated transmitter equipment from several locations in the region,” he said.
“Some suspects involved in the illicit broadcasts have also been arrested and taken to Abuja for questioning and prosecution.
“The commission has also worked with other agencies to remove the transmissions of the illegal station from the satellite, and this has put paid to the divisive and disruptive transmissions.”
He said the commission appreciated the concerns expressed by Nigerians over the seditious activities of the illegal radio station and urged the people of the region to disregard the messages purveyed by it.
Radio Biafra was floated by some Nigerians in the South-East of the country, who appear nostalgic of the defunct Biafra Republic, which ceased to exist at the end of the Nigerian civil war in 1970.
While its backers say the radio caters for the needs of people from the region, the network is also known for propagating falsehood, dangerous propaganda and ideology of the former secessionist Republic.
This newspaper had on July 10 wrote an editorial drawing attention to the disturbing signals from the radio station and called for urgent steps to curtail its excesses.
Four days later, the government said it had successfully jammed its signals.
The permanent secretary in the Ministry of Information, Shade Yemi-Esan, made this known Tuesday while briefing journalists at the presidential villa after briefing President Muhammadu Buhari on the activities of her ministry.
She claimed the NBC had successfully blocked the signals of the radio station.
However, on July 15, PREMIUM TIMES correspondents in the South-East of Nigeria, and other listeners confirmed that station remained on the airwaves as of Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, long after Ms. Yemi-Esan, told journalists it had been blocked.
The station also denounced the claim by government, tweeting that its terrestrial transmission remained alive as well as its online radio.
“Radio Biafra is live in Biafra land: NBC woe to you and your lies: NBC lied to their master and gullib…,” the radio tweeted.

“Right now the signals from radio Biafra have been jammed successfully by the NBC,” Ms. Yemi-Esan said.
“The commission is also working with security agencies to get those that are behind that radio because it is an illegal radio, it is not licensed by anybody to be on the airwaves in Nigeria,” she said.
She said the government may re-open information centres abroad to launder the image of the country.
She said government’s information centres currently exists in all states of the federation, but are not functioning optimally.
“We are happy with the response we got and the concerns of President on the work we are doing, especially the publicity aspect. He wants us to intensify publicity because he wants every Nigerian to know about the policies and programmes of this government,” she said.
On the response of the president in respect of reopening information centres abroad, she said “at different fora, the President has said it, that he wants to improve the image of Nigeria and one of the ways we can do that is by the re-opening of these centres abroad, so he was all for it and he said that we will work together to ensure that we do that”.
The permanent secretary said she also briefed the president on the nine parastatals that are under the ministry, the work they do and some of the challenges they face.
“Most of the challenges have to do with adequate funding. We talked especially about national press centre that is not working up to a level that we expected,” she said.
She said the president also raised concerns about piracy in Nollywood and instructed that the ministry should work harder to ensure that the producers of Nollywood films get what is due to them and that piracy is reduced to the barest minimum.
On the welfare of media practitioners, she said the practice of unpaid salaries and lack of proper welfare package should not be heard of in a country like Nigeria.
“Mr. President frowns on things like that, the welfare of every Nigerian, especially journalists, is one of the major concerns that we have,” she said.

A federal court in Abuja has granted former Governor Sule Lamido of Jigawa State, and his two sons, bail.
They are to be released from prison once the bail conditions are met.
Mr. Lamido and his sons are facing money laundering charges, brought against them by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

They were arraigned last week in Kano, and were later remanded pending their bail application hearing on September 28.
The Lamidos were however transferred secretly to Kuje prison in Abuja on Monday, ahead of a hearing Tuesday, after another judge was assigned to consider the bail application.

A Southeast group, under the aegis of The African League Organisation (ALO), has called on the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu to “step aside” to allow another senator from the region replace him.
The group made this call while addressing journalists in Abuja on Monday.
It alleged that as Deputy Senate President in the past eight years, he had been passive as no tangible progress had been made in the Southeast that could be linked to his name.
The group said it had written Ekweremadu to quit.
According to the group, “The only noble way forward is that you should immediately step aside for one out of the remaining 14 distinguished senators from the five states that make up our zone to immediately step in to accomplish our Southeast dreams”.

The letter was signed by Chief Kingsley Okafor of National Progressive Coalition, Mazi Sunny Chijioke of Southeast Professionals in Commerce, Sir Okay Nwaneri of Ibos in Politics, Ike Ikemefuama of Ibos in the Diaspora and Chief Anya Onyeije of African League Organisation.
Copies of the letter were forwarded to the President General, Ohanaeze-Ndi-Igbo, the Chairman, Southeast Council of Traditional Rulers, all Southeast governors and senators.
The group hinged its call for Ekweremadu’s resignation on his alleged failure to use the position to advance the course of the Igbos for eight years.
They said: “We are deeply worried that while our area has been sidelined and unrepresented under your leadership as the Deputy Senate President for these eight years under review, you on 9th June, 2015 assumed the same position in the 8th Senate may be for another period of four dark years. God forbid”.
ALO noted that despite the Southeast zone producing the deputy senate president in the person of Ekweremadu in the last eight years, all that Igbo youths had gotten was unemployment, poverty and stress.
The letter further reads. “As a leader in the Senate occupying the number two seat and Chairman, Senate Committee on States Creation, with all emoluments, entitlements and paraphernalia of the exalted office pencilled for the Southeastern zone, we expect total protection, representation on the scheme of things concerning us all.
“You failed to mobilise other 14 senators from Southeast Zone and other senators from other geo-political zones to support the Southeast cause. During this period, senators from other zones ordinarily could not have led or championed our cause without your leadership.
“Unfortunately, our zone with its numerous and peculiar problems is sidelined, marginalised and abandoned to its own faith not by the Federal Government but by its own due to lack of leadership.
“The direct effect is that our area is left unrepresented by leaders like you who ride on their back to stupendous wealth with all accolades of great life, including national honours and uncountable number of chieftaincy titles within this period.

Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Nigeria’s former Finance Minister, has stated that Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo state is suffering numerical diarrhea after he alleged that she took $1billion to fund the re-election bid of former president Goodluck Jonathan.
In statement issued by Paul C Nwabuikwu, media adviser Okonjo-Iweala, he described Oshiomhole’s accusations as “another false, baseless allegation against Okonjo-Iweala by Oshiomhole.
“The allegation by Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State that former Minister of Finance Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala spent $1 billion out of the Excess Crude Account to fund the re-election bid of former President Jonathan is the kind of ludicrously false statement that has unfortunately become a trademark of the Governor in his public campaign of falsehood against Dr Okonjo-Iweala,” the statement said.

“The statement is just another example of the numerical diarrhea that seems to have afflicted His Excellency in recent times in his effort to damage the reputation of the former Minister.
“He has, within the last few months, asked Dr Okonjo-Iweala to explain all kinds of totally wild and unsubstantiated figures, ranging from $30 billion, $20 billion, $2.1 billion, N720 billion and now $1 billion.”
Okonjo-Iweala then stated that Oshiomhole’s accusations totally lack any credibility. ” Governor Oshiomhole’s published comments also contain other falsehoods. For instance, he quoted Dr Okonjo-Iweala as saying that she and the Finance Commissioners of the 36 states approved the spending of $2.1 billion out of the Excess Crude Account, adding that the Commissioners had disowned the statement. This is also a complete distortion.

“Dr Okonjo-Iweala never said the Federation Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC) approved spending out of the ECA. Rather as the Commissioners themselves stated, the former Minister of State Finance informed them that former President Jonathan approved the expenditure to end the debilitating fuel queues across the country.
“As Nigerians know, the Finance Ministry under Okonjo-Iweala regularly published details of revenue allocations from the ECA in national media. So Oshiomhole’s tortured “calculations” based on his “four figure tables” are mere political numbers conjured to achieve a political purpose. Nigerians can see through the elaborate antics.
“Governor Oshiomhole’s latest statement, like earlier ones, labours to give the impression that the entire FAAC process which involves the Federal Government and the 36 states of the Federation is a personal monopoly of Dr Okonjo-Iweala.
“This is, of course not true. FAAC is a long standing national platform for allocating revenues chaired by the Minister of State Finance. The governor’s insistence on pushing this clearly fictional narrative underscores his desperation.
“It is instructive that Governor Oshiomhole is a key member of the committee set up by the National Economic Council to investigate the ECA spending. His continuing attacks against Dr Okonjo-Iweala seem to suggest that he has lost confidence in this platform which he deployed to make some of his initial false and baseless allegations. The Governor does not seem to appreciate that he is undermining the very credibility of the committee.
“Once again, we ask: why are Oshiomhole and his cohorts so ready to sacrifice truth, precedent and decency in this political witch hunt against Dr Okonjo-Iweala? We are confident that they will fail because truth will triumph,” the statement read.

Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State has accused a former Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, of illegally withdrawing $1 billion from the federation account to prosecute the re-election bid of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Speaking at a Seminar organized by the Edo state government for Permanent Secretaries, Directors and Deputy Directors entitled “enhancing IGR in Edo, issues, prospects and challenges”, the governor said the former minister also needs to tell Nigerians how the Excess Crude Account was drawn down to $4.1 billion from the peak of $10 billion when no approval was given by the National Economic Council for any withdrawals.

The governor who said Mrs. Okonjo-Iweala would have been declared a pathological liar if she were a witness in court due to the inconsistencies in her statements.
He said a forensic audit would truly determine how much was illegally spent from the federation account under her watch as Minister.
He said the state government would now hold Permanent Secretaries, Directors and Deputy Directors responsible for any fraud detected in their departments saying the government has trimmed down the cost of running government.
He said: “the truth is, many things went wrong even at the federal level. As you might have read in the papers, while the federal government, under Goodluck Jonathan, with the then Coordinating Minister of the Economy liked to blame “Governors” for wasteful spending, for not saving for the rainy day, for not investing properly, the truth is the real weakness in the Nigerian federal chain has been the Federal Government.
“Our hope is that with the new President, given his pedigree, we will break from the past.
“As I’m sure you will soon begin to hear when all the numbers are published, last week, I complained aloud that Edo State lost about N10 billion over a four year period from only one source: the NLNG remittance to the federation account.
“How did I arrive at the figure? I used my 4-Figure Table and I asked myself at $2.1 billion remitted by NLNG as taxes and Shell, and by the way, Shell is not the only oil operative, we have Chevron and several others. They shared the $2.1 billion based on the revenue allocation formula, Edo State got about N2.27 billion. So I said, thank God this money came after the departure of Okonjo-Iweala and President Jonathan. Weeks after the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was defeated in the 2015 general elections, indications have emerged that the pioneer chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nuhu Ribadu, may emerge its next chairman.
LEADERSHIP learnt that the leaders of the PDP are zeroing in on Ribadu because of the public perception that he has integrity to match that of Buhari who is now APC’s leader which could be used as a bargaining edge in successive elections.
PDP apparatchiks believe that the party lost the last general election because of President Muhammadu Buhari’s anti-corruption credentials.

The PDP national convention where Ribadu and other Board of Trustees (BoT) members of the party will emerge is billed for August.
“The leadership of the party is looking at somebody with a good track record of doggedness, straight forwardness and somebody that is not easily intimidated. Nuhu Ribadu fits the profile,” a PDP insider said.
The source further disclosed that at a time when a resolute president, in the person of Muhammadu Buhari, is at the helm of the nation’s affairs, the PDP, now in the opposition, cannot afford to have somebody of questionable character or somebody who does not command the respect on the masses as its leader.
Ribadu earned the respect of the masses while serving as EFCC chairman because of the reasonable number of high profile cases the commission was able to pursue, leading to a situation where Nigerians became wary of engaging in corrupt practices.
LEADERSHIP recalls that Ribadu, who was the PDP governorship candidate in Adamawa State, also enjoys the blessing of former President Goodluck Jonathan and some other party stalwarts.
Ribadu is also believed to have a good understanding of the inner workings of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), having been a presidential candidate of the defunct Action Congress Nigeria (now part of the APC) in the 2011 general elections.
PDP has been embroiled in one crisis or the other since its poor performance at the last general elections.
The party chieftains, who are expected to have learnt a major lesson from the PDP’s pre-election internal crisis, appear to have been divided over the real reasons the party failed at the polls.

On Sunday, Senator Marafa told a newspaper that Saraki had no Moral or Constitutional rights to summon
the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Mrs. Anastacia Nwaobia, to an invitation by the upper chamber.
Nwaobia had informed the Senate that she could not honour its invitation without an approval by her supervisors but Saraki loyalists said the Senate had the constitutional power to invite Nwaobia and that her refusal constituted an affront to the legitimacy of the senate president.
Saraki loyalists said:


“It will not augur well for our democracy if the Presidency will not allow civil servants to do their jobs. We should not carry the crisis in the APC to the Senate,” a pro-Saraki senator told one of our correspondents in Abuja on Sunday.

Both Saraki and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, had spurned the party’s directive on who to lead the National Assembly and had ridden on the back of an alleged alliance with the opposition Peoples Democratic Party members to clinch the leadership posts in both chambers.
The APC had preferred Ahmad Lawan, a Senator from Yobe State, as the president of the Senate.
The Lawan group in the Senate on Sunday said it supported Nwaobia because Saraki was said to lack both legitimacy and the moral right to invite the permanent secretary to brief the senate on the state of the economy.

It was learnt that senators loyal to the Senate President were angry that the Presidency could encourage the civil servants to disobey the Senate.

The Senate ad hoc committee on Finance, in a letter dated June 29, 2015, had invited Nwaobia and some officials of the finance ministry to appear before the committee on July 8.
But when the permanent secretary did not honour the invitation at 11am on July 8, the Clerk to the National Assembly, Alhaji Salisu Maikasuwa, wrote another letter to her the same day, restating the invitation.
The permanent secretary was said to have sent a text message to the Senate on July 7, explaining why she could not come.
The senate said:

“Your action is a deliberate violation of the provisions of Section 67(2) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999(as amended).

“You are, therefore, requested to appear before the Senate leadership as contained in your aforementioned letter on Wednesday July 8, 2015 at 2.00pm prompt.”

The third letter to the Permanent Secretary, written by the Chief of Staff to the Senate President, Issa Galaudu, also stressed the importance of the meeting. It read,

“Please note that your text message of yesterday, Tuesday, July 7, 2015, which I received by hours of 20:02 pm, suggesting that you would not make today’s meeting, is unacceptable.

“This is an affront to the President of the Senate and its leadership. The provision of Section 67(2) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended), is very clear and unambiguous in this regard. Hence, you do not need the permission of any official before you attend or appear before the Senate.

“Consequently, I have the instructions of the President of the Senate and leadership that you do appear before them on the date and time earlier communicated to you, Wednesday, July 8, 2015 by 11am prompt. It is my belief that you will comply unconditionally.”

A source in the ministry said that, based on civil service procedures, it would be wrong for the permanent secretary to honour the invitation without first getting the approval of the Head of Service of the Federation.
The source said since the permanent secretary reports directly to the HoS and not the Senate, it would amount to a breach of protocol for her to appear before the lawmakers without getting the consent of the HoS.
A pro Lawan group, in a statement by its spokesman, Senator Kabir Marafa, on Sunday, said that since Saraki had allegedly violated some sections of the Constitution to emerge as senate president, he could not accuse another person of committing the same offence.

In what looks like a ferry tale, the case of the seed of discord between the housewife and the daughter over boyfriend, it was reliably gathered, was borne out of evil intensions, especially with the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Sources said the fight which allegedly led the mother biting off a scoopful of flesh from the daughter’s ear, including hot damaging slaps, took place around camp 74 behind Ibori Golf course within the Asaba campus of the Delta State University.
The 46-year-old woman said to have been the first love of an Ibo building materials’ trader who was said to have been deported to Nigeria three years ago from Spain, allegedly hoodwinked the woman’s daughter into relationship.
The in question had recently graduated from a university in the South-south region and is on her visit to the mother after her Youth Service in Rivers State.
While their love relationship blossoms, the unsuspecting mother and secondary school vice principal, allegedly showers the lover boy with gifts, including part of her monthly salaries.
But this was not to be when the daughter identified as Mabel Igbinosa flippantly opened up to her friend her relationship with the Igbo man building materials trader, including how he made love to her in marathon exercise.
This, our informed sources said, placed the mother on red alert including watchful eye after the friend secretly let out the discussion to her.
Expectedly, the woman had gone to the Igbo man’s house wearing unsuspecting appearance around Okwe Quarters, Asaba when she was sent to Mile 5 not too far from the man’s residence to buy fish while the daughter who sighted the mother run into a neighbour’s room to hide on
the fateful Saturday.
Upon her return from Mile 5, she was sent for another errand by her boyfriend (name withheld) faraway from the house; a situation she smelt a rat of something fishing and under pretence of the errand, hide around the neighbourhood and after a few minutes, the daughter sneaked into the man’s room where the bubble burst.
Sources said that the blowsy–looking woman, who is also into provision store business, stormed a nearby neighbour’s room where she laid siege waiting for her daughter to come out.
Hell was let loose after what was described to be marathon sex exercise, the girl sauntered out of the room, unknown to her that the mother was around.
She was said to have pounced on her and allegedly bit off her ear before stabbing her with broken bottles.
During the fight, police were invited to the scene where they whisked away the woman, daughter and the lover boy to a police station.
