Hello all, I'll like to call out @Nosazee14 for a fraudulent transaction. I sold funds of a friend to @Nosazee14 in two trenches 3 days ago, $416 and $757(37,015.48 PHP) both amounting to a total of $1,173. He told me his processor was not online so he couldn't pay me the naira equivalent but promised to pay the next day (3/2/2022) by 8am. Checking my phone by 2am on the 3rd, I saw a message from @Nosazee14 that he has refunded the payment. How do you refund a payment without first informing me that you needed to refund it? He said his account has been limited and I accepted that no problem. He refunded the first payment of $757(37,015.48 PHP) without issues but when it got to the second payment of $416, he refunded only $368, how?? When I called him out about it, he sent another refund of $20. From my knowledge of PayPal, once you're refunding a transaction, you refund in full. I called him out again and told him the money wasn't complete that he had to make a full refund to my friend, which was remaining $28. He refused and said there was nothing else to refund. $416 - $368 -$20 = $28. I have cautioned @Nosazee14 severally within the past few days to refund the remaining $28 or send the naira equivalent to my friend but he has refused, instead he has insulted and used several fowl words to describe me. I didn't want to bring it here and even asked @wese90 to help me talk to him but he is still adamant and refused to refund the remaining money. This was not my first transaction with him neither was my second nor third, for that I gave him a chance to redeem himself, but he has refused, therefore whoever is transacting with him should know that he is doing that at his/her own detriment. cc @cokebar @wese90 @queendoreez @engrksa

Ok, Nosazee14, how far? Why you no send the complete naira equivalent?.

Even if PayPal won't let you refund all the funds because of charges like Engrksa noted, please be duly informed that the amount you confirmed to have received excluding PayPal fees is $397.. ( please find attached). But then you returned only $388, which I don't understand why.
