There was a time when managers knew every aspect of the jobs their employees did. This is because they started with the company doing the job and were eventually promoted to oversee the workers. These days, loyalty isn’t rewarded and people are often brought in from outside the company to fill manageent positions. These managers may have a general idea of what their people do but they can’t fill in, in a pinch, if their team needs help because they don’t know the intricacies of the job. Because these outsiders are “busy” protecting their cushy jobs and taking credit for the work their employees do, they rely on knowledgeable employees to train the newbies. There are three employees who have been with the company for at least a year on my “team”, and my feckless leader has each of us train newbies in certain aspects of the job. Other companies may have a new hire shadow a senior employee, or designate a long-time employee to mentor new employees. It’s a fairly common practice because, truth be told, middle managers are beyong useless and not very intelligent. |
Yoruba Ronus How market now |
. They aren't interested in helping you. Don't be sad about it, many families are toxic and dysfunctional. Plan and work in secret. Don't tell them anything. Or better yet, move out and go no contact. They're just negative sods who'll just suck you down into their misery. |
So how much will be the price, hope not 800naira they currently selling? Meanwhile I thought they said dangote refinery now working so what's causing fuel scarcity and incessant increment again. This country the more you look the more confused u get, |

Quarter of the year is going to end in a day or two from now, and everyone in Nigeria understand the economy hardship Nigerians are going through especially salary earners. Salary earners are going through lots due to high cost of living because salary barely meet up our daily needs. However, amidst of this economy a lot of people are still doing exploit and still have little saving from their salaries, so we shouldn't be left behind when the year ends with no achievement. As for me I had manage to save 350k since January this year till this April ending. I earn 250k monthly, and I must tell you with a wife and one child, it had not been easy to save. But saving and making good financial plans is a must no matter the economy. Feel free to share yours and don't be shy because nairaland is a faceless forum with chances to share your view and personal experiences without criticism because nobody knows you here. Thanks guys
