dominique: With the way people are ditching noodles, e be like say it's the manufacturers that will soon start eating their noodles by themselves. I've told my children that after this carton I'm not buying again. 800g (formerly 900g) Dano full cream milk that I bought ₦5,600 in December became ₦6,500 in January which eventually became ₦8,400 in late February. I've told my crew that after this one, we're no longer drinking Dano full cream milk. I've cut down 900g Milo refill to 450g350g. I wanted to buy munch-it snacks the other day, the seller told me it's now ₦150. I told her to keep it, I'm not buying again. Any non essential commodity producer that inflate the prices of their goods will end up eating it by themselves. I |

EbenMayor: It's always good to do the right thing. Well, your former company not acknowledging the letter is no ground for them to stop your pay regardless of whether you resigned formally or not. Even most letters from pension companies state that the pension company will pay the employee, if the company doesn't reply the mail btw 2 weeks. Go drag the pension company thanks for the contribution, whether I resigned properly or not it should have no bearing in my pension payment |

advanceDNA: U seff no do well...why u go just Waka comot for company without resignation....
Anyways.....just put pressure on ur pension fund manager to keep sending them reminders...the reminder is documentation proof that the employer has been contacted without any success...
PENCOM has a law...."if employer refuses to respond to the pension funds manager after 30days or more of exhausting all effort....the pension fund manager has the right to take their silence as consent in order to pay the owner his or her money...
U will then be allowed to use a sworn affidavit that employer is unreachable, three months bank statement, to get ur money.... Them dey craze...
Still ..go and resign properly thanks |

I opted for 25percent of my Pension remittance, all documents successful and now the only thing hindering the payment is my former company I worked with because they refused to acknowledge the letter my pension sent to them for confirmation before proceeding to pay me on ground that I didn't resign properly.
truly when I left the company 3years ago I don't submit any resignation letter. I left without giving any notice because I was tired of the job. so is there any legal means I go about this because those HRs can be very wicked when you need them as far as am concerned whether I resigned properly or not should not have any bearing to my pension remittance. as long I I worked with them my pension during working with them have to be paid |
