Goodmorning all i woke up very sad this morning not happy at all. Please mamas that carried pregnancy with fibroid how did you cope? the pain i felt all through last night i have never felt it before i was just crying, wailing and rolling on the bed. It started from church in the morning but last night was terrible i have never experienced it. With frequent urination every 2 to 5mins. I kept sipping on cold water i was confused.

My dh was just looking at me helpless to the extent that he said maybe we should terminate the pregnancy, do the fibroid operation and then conceive again... i told him God forbid that i will manage the pain for 9Months . Mamas what should i do as i am just starting i have not even entered 2 and 3rd trimester and the pain is this serious.

The doctor recommended paracetamol for me 2 in the morning, 2 afternoon and 2 at night but i have not started it pls is paracetamol safe at this stage?

Pls dont read and pass i need urgent help as i am still in pains. Sorry for the long post and any typo im not myself

I ensure that the soap case is separated from the sponge case to keep it dry cos I know it absorbs water easily and gets it melting/wasting .

Lol u don't have to change water if u drain all d water and store it in ur fridge. Once u made d pap pour it back in d sieve tie it and place it in a basket to drain all d water then put it n storage that's all once u have constant light. Or u can make only the soybeans without d mende mende it's really nice

Why dont you make it like pap. All u need is yellow corn, soybeans, a guinea corn soak over night grind and sieve u can dry plantain and sweet potatoes then grind to add as sweetner or fruits

1) yes u can #be sure its not salted#
2) no u are not cooking it
3) millet na those tiny grains shapes like rice yet tinier than rice brownish in colour I guess, use for making kunu
3)it depend on how u want to cook it but which ever method u prefer make sure it's well cooked and yes u will cook on fire.
For me I dissolve the quantity I want in water and cook from the start, stir gradually to avoid lumps till its cooked.

U can get soybeans powder in stores like shoprite, some supermarket sells too then u make ur crayfish and gnut powder separately
How to prep (how I sabi am)
Soy beans
Yellow or white corn (optional)
Millet (optionla)
Guinea corn (optional)

Additional
G.nut (optional)
Crayfish (optional)
Plantain dried (optional)
Sweet potatoes dried (optional)

U can only choose soybeans + one grain i.e soybeans+corn or soybeans+millet whichever one u want. Gently select ur grains to pick dirt and stones, then fry the grains (soybeans+yellowcorn)one at a time slightly, fry crayfish, fry ur g.nut (without oil)
Put the soybeans in a separate pack this will enable the miller to help u separate the shaft b4 grinding it with the fried corn.

Note: some babies react to seafoods and groundnut so if u will be using crayfish and gnut u might want to blend it separately but if u want to use dried potatoes and plantain u can blend it with the grains.
I only gave my son soybeans powder as he refused crayfish and groundnut, I end up using it to make groundnut soup thats th advantage of grinding it separately

Instead of water grab ur salt jar and rub salt on it gently u can apply ori or penicillin

Yes, a 6month old can take butter. Brands like kerrygold, lurpark, oldenburger, president etc are very good. Their fat content is as high as 80%.

I would have love to give u d herbs name but I don't know, if u are in lagos u can check oyingbo the pple that sell herbs there are reliable just tell them what it's for they will give u the ones to boil to bath lo then u will buy the powder to mix with ori to rub the areas.
Note when u bath them with the herbs the ela will come out all d hidden ones
