Please I’d really like to know from your experience in the 9-5 space. I’m interested in learning UX/UI design but I’ve been a bit put off by suggestions online saying you need to also know coding to have a career in UX design. I’m not really interested in coding and want to know if learning it is an absolute requirement or if UX designers can survive without it

You do not need to know coding, it’s not compulsory. However the knowledge of it can help in further communication when working with devs and engineers.
