There are over 50 bridges from Warri to PH alone. Some parts of the road are reinforced because of the swampy terrain.
Imagine the cost of executing a parallel Coastal Road that would be closer to the Atlantic.
Yes the coastal highway has some benefits, but definitely it should not be our priority, considering the humongous cost.

Still can't justify the rationale behind this very expensive Coastal Highway, when we can use a little fraction of the money to maintain the already existing roads linking Lagos to Calabar.
