As for the appeals of of Adeleke INEC and PDP , they are frivolous and will be struck out for lacking meris. It is also worrisome that the two judgements upheld forgery claimed by Oyetola and APC yet went ahead to look for a ground to sustain the qualification of Adeleke .That conclusion is alien to our jurisprudence.In my opinion it is 100 % in favour APC and Oyetola.
