@ maddock i agree with u. |
@chrizfasa, am sure you heared wat onenaija said about ghanians hating Nigerians. Its absolutely true, so bear that in mind and really consider your intentions about settling down here except you are not sensitive and can live with your fellow africans been a racist towards you. Doubt if you will secure a job here except you have connections to a nigerians who owns a firm here. As for business opportunities, there are alot you only need a good capital and some contacts because there are lots of Nigerians here doing business and controlling the economy here. @ gdup. Dunno if you are the one that sent me an email, but i just got a mail and did a reply. |
Too tough and too early to call. Ivanovic has just played twice on that position and not really tested there. I think he's got pace and strength, but can he deal with a very skillful winger? Food for thought. Make we no allow im two great goal blind our eyes yet. Yeah great competition for both of them though. |
@ phatjoe. 50k will cover ur 1 wk trip to ghana, but the excludes ur travel fare(TICKET) and your lifestyle. U understand what i mean ![]() |
Email me on titi.travels.tours@gmail.com if u want some info, help or tour guide. When u visit Ghana. I can set up a tour package for an individual or group. |
There are lots of hotels in accra and they charge their rates in dollars. Not to mind, can secure u one that u will pay in cedis and its quite affordable. |
Hi All, Just gone thru what everyone has to say here on this topic. I think Ess is wrong on the exchange rate. Its 75 Naira to a cedi and now 1400Ghana cedis to d dollar. Nigerian naira fluctuates alot agains d Ghanian cedi. For example, if u have 1000Naira, divide that by 75 and u get 75,000cedis or 7.5Ghana cedis. Its d same thing, just the redenomination. The dollar to cedi is 14,000 cedis to 1 dollar. Thats 1,400,00 for 100 dollars. If u convert 1,400,000cedis to naira, its 18,666 naira. So that will clear the air about the currency. @Imme, u don't need a visa to ghana. All you need is a Nigerian passport or an ECOWAS passport. U will be allowed into ghana with a 3 months permit. You can even come here without a passport, but will cost you alittle more. You can make enquiries if u want to from ABC motors or CHisco. Anyone coming to Ghana can contact me and i will set up a tour for u. But it will be better and fun if u come in a group. Ghana is expensive and people don't know it. They seem to believe that when u change ur naira to millions of cedis, then u are rich, sorry thats not true. For example, most of the hotels that tomi mentioned in accra charge their rates in dollars and thats from 80 dollars. Except u know ur way around, will be difficult to get a decent hotel in cedis, thats why u need someone here to guide u thru. Accra is Great. Nite life is great too. Let me just add a few tourist attractions to what tomi added. Yo can go on a cruise on princess dodi. Its a 6 hr cruise on a lake. Biggest manmade lake in africa- the Akosombo lake. There is live band entertainment, drinks and lunch while on the cruise. Another nice beach is the Bojo beach. Its quite and serene. 30mins from accra. Tema is quite cool too and have some good hotels that are cheaper than accra. i guess because accra is the capital, thats why most of the hotels are very expensive. You can stay in tema and go have fun in accra, if u want it that way. Another place worth going to is the accra mall where u can do ur shopping, go to d cinema and see a movie. Want more info?? feel free to ask. Won't mind been a tour guide for anyone or group of people. |
Am Organizing a Tour of Accra, the Capital of Ghana this Easter. Nigerians, especially Lagosians are known to be very hard working and faced with difficult environmental conditions and challenges, like leaving home as early as 5:00am to be able to beat the traffic and get home very late too because of same Traffic. They make a lot of money, but never take time out to relax, take vacations, go places, meet people and learn new cultures. One does not necessarily have to go to Europe for Vacation. You won’t believe the type of attractive and serene atmosphere we have at our door steps waiting for you to exploit them. Here is a Planned schedule for the 3 day tour of Accra. DAY 1: Friday 10th April, 2009. Arrival and Pick Up from Bus Terminal or Airport. Lodge into Hotel Room Dinner. DAY 2: Saturday 11th April, 2009 Breakfast Journey to Bojo Beach which is a 45minutes drive outside of Accra. The Beach is neat and serene. Find picture below. Arrive from Bojo Beach at (6:00pm) Dinner Night Out……………, Experience Night life in Accra. Go Clubbing (Aphrodisiac Night club) or Visit a 24 hour Busy Oxford street in Osu, Accra where you will find a lot of Restaurants, Pubs, Chop bars (For Ghanaian Dishes). This will depend on Group or personal Interest. DAY 3: Sunday 12th April,2009. Breakfast (7:30-8:00am) Ride to Akosombo. Have a 6 hour Cruise on Princess Dodi. The Dodi Princess The Dodi Princess, which predates the relationship between Princess Diana and Dodi Al-Fayed, is a modern passenger cruise ship built in 1991 with an insured passenger capacity passengers. Dodi as an island in the Volta Region of Ghana. There were many people in Ghana by the name of Dodi well before the other Dodi of the UK came to British public attention. The cruiser liner has two decks – a lower, air-conditioned deck which seats about 100 and an upper deck with a canopy overhead which provides a commanding view of great expanse of water. The vessels measures 45 metres long by 12 metres wide and has a gross tonnage of 450 metres. It is fitted with state of the art navigational and safety equipment for the comfort and safety of its passengers. There is regular cruise to the Dodi Island departing the Akosombo Port at 1030 hours on Sunday s returning to the port at approximately 1600 hours with a one-hour sightseeing stopover on the island. The cruise is most popular among Ghanaians and foreign visitors alike with its hot barbecue lunches, a well stocked bar and live band entertainment and dancing aboard. Children aboard are also well taken care of with indoor and video games on the lower deck. Depart Akosombo- Arrive Accra and Have a stop over at Accra Mall for SHOPPING or WINDOW SHOPPING. Arrive Hotel- DINNER. DAY 4: Monday 12th April, 2009 Departure. Drop Off at Bus Terminal or Airport. INTERESTED ?? Contact me on Email- titi.travels.tours@gmail.com MODE OF PAYMENT: For the purpose of Trust, Tourists will pay upon Arrival to Accra, Ghana. |

Guys am sure ur questions have been answered. Its correct, ur application is sent to DHl, to the embassy in S.A. Then they access ur application and send u a letter to go for medicals. make sure the required amount for your study is about same amount or more in your bank statement and make sure that the money is left in the account till the application process is complete, becos they will ask the bank to confirm if the money is still in the account. They are not concerned abt turn over. |
