LOVEALAIGBO:Because people have northern fatigue. After years of hearing it, they've become numb to it, |
deji17:South Africa have IMPROVED. WAKE UP!!!! They are not pushovers anymore. By the way, England lost to ICELAND today, who are ranked 77th in FIFA rankings. So shiit happens to everyone. |
Paystack:Countries like Egypt and South Africa have been seeing development for nearly 2 centuries, even under their colonial rulers who reinvested export earnings into the local economy, as opposed to siphoning 98% of it as occurred in Nigeria and their other black African colonies. Nigeria's first power plant was Kainji Dam in 1964, despite the British ruling and exporting resources for 70 years prior. South Africa's first power plants were built in the 1880s!!! Why? Because the European colonisers saw it as ''their country'' and settled there en-masse due to the climate etc. So they did not loot all the resources and siphon to Europe as they did in the rest of black Africa. Their first universities were built in the 1880s. By around 1940, South Africa was already a well-developed country. That is how Nigeria should have been by 1940 as well, if the British weren't greedy thieves, how much more by 1960, when they left us a BUSH as a country, with 94% illiteracy and zero infrastructure. Nigeria's first full-fledged university was built in 1962, after Independence. First expressway built in the late 1970s. South Africa have had expressways since the 1930s!!!! So Nigeria is VERY YOUNG IN DEVELOPMENT compared to nations like South Africa and Egypt, for valid historical reasons, and these stupid social media comparisons are designed to inflame the passions of the ignorant and shallow majority. |
Starzo:Oh I already feel big. I felt big before you were born, because I've known my African contribution to Civilisation for MANY DECADES. Some European and Asian countries have gone far ahead of us in terms of human and infrastructural development. I can appreciate certain aspects of their development without necessarily seeing myself as inferior to them.Good on you! THAT IS ALL WE ASK FOR. Sadly, most Nigerians are not like you. They actually DO consider themselves inferior to so-called 'white people'. They NEED to be educated on WORLD HISTORY, and their BLACK AFRICAN contributions to civilization. So they can understand that they are not inferior to any other race of men. They need to be TAUGHT that their ancestors invented writing, invented mathematics, invented the Calendar, and pioneered in medicine, law, the sciences, iron-smelting, the mining of minerals, architecture, seafaring, international trade, and religion, for many thousands of years. Even the institution of marriage and marriage ceremonies were invented by black Africans. NIGERIANS need to be taught that all the ancient gods of Europe, Asia, and the Americas, including 'Jesus' and 'Mary', were BLACK, up till around maybe 300 years ago, when Europeans began whitewashing history with lies about their role in it. Go and read Godfrey Higgins, the English author of Anacalypsis, who wrote that ’'We have found the black complexion or something relating to it whenever we have approached the origin of nations. The Alma Mater, the goddess Multimammia, the founders of oracles, the Memnons or first idols, were always black. Venus, Juno, Jupiter, Apollo, Bacchus, Hercules, Asteroth, Adonis, Horus, Apis, Osiris, Ammon, in short, all the ... deities were black. The images remain as they were first made in very remote times…..'' According to Higgins, ‘’there were two Ethiopias, one to the east of the Red sea, and the other to the west of it: and a very great nation of blacks ... did rule over almost all Asia in a very remote era, in fact beyond the reach of history or any of our records’’. ''In my Essay on The Celtic Druids, I have shown that a great nation called Celtæ, of whom the Druids were the priests, spread themselves almost over the whole earth, and are to be traced in their .. gigantic monuments from India to the extremities of Britain. Who these can have been but the early individuals of the black nation of whom we have been treating I know not, and in this opinion I am not singular''. - Godfrey Higgins, Anacalypsis: An Attempt to Draw Aside the Veil of the Saitic Isis or an Inquiry Into the Origin of Languages, Nations and Religions. 1836 They need to be taught that BLACK WEST AFRICANS ruled large parts of EUROPE between 711 and 1492. 800 years!! It was that BLACK RULE that facilitated the European Renaissance, which was the springboard for the Industrial Revolution. Go on Google images now, and type in ''MOORISH EMBLEMS AND CRESTS''. You will see THOUSANDS of European aristocratic family emblems, with their BLACK AFRICAN progenitors. So without BLACK AFRICANS, there would have been no Industrial Revolution. Nigerians need to be taught all this. Majority of them are totally brainwashed, ignorant, and know nothing about their history. And this includes the so-called 'leaders', which is so tragic. |
IronGalaxy:Nigerians need a programme of RE-ORIENTATION. Their level of racial inferiority complex is something you don't see among most people in black nations. Somebody needs to actually TEACH THEM that these ''white people'' are just descendants of ancient African ALBINOS. ALL RACES TODAY are descended from black African migrants. The human race is over 200,000 years old. Only in the last 8,000 years did so called 'white people' emerge, after breakouts of albinism caused them to lose their MELANIN. Melanin is the chemical that accounts for skin colour. You would not be here today without the presence of that BROWN/BLACK SKIN. Your ancestors would have perished in the African sun thousands of years ago. Your brown/black skin is a BLESSING from God, to ensure you survive in the sunny Equatorial region he placed you in. To consider it 'inferior' is BLASPHEMY AGAINST YOUR MAKER. Why do you think whites did not settle en masse in West and East-Central Africa? They can't handle the weather. It causes them all sorts of skin diseases. So it is clear they are not a 'natural' race, which should be able to survive in all earth conditions. Some scholars say they are descendants of ancient African albinos who left because of persecution as albinos, something that persists till today in some traditional African societies. They are your children. They are not gods. These whites were savages up till about 2,000 years ago, when Africans began to civilize them. They visited Egypt and Nubia - both black nations in antiquity - in droves, for Education. Just as you people 'Japa' to USA today. For THOUSANDS OF YEARS, AFRICA was where they came to be educated, and ALL their gods were BLACK, just as you worship their 'white Jesus' a character and story stolen from the AFRICAN story of Horus-At, son of Osiris and Isis-Meri. Orisha, Olisa, and such names derive from HORUS-AT. The goddess Isis cradling Horus https://i.pinimg.com/564x/f3/f0/20/f3f0200d562e8b85d48b735398bf70f2.jpg https://i.pinimg.com/564x/86/36/3a/86363aa7f23d21ddaae0530fdd4fd5c8.jpg Pharaoh Tutankhamun https://i.pinimg.com/564x/2d/d7/9f/2dd79fd0f5c80882eb514fa0b2d5c393.jpg So you civilized their fathers. You have NO REASON to feel inferior to your children. |
Krankhead:Do you think these ones have brains to think like that? They are donkeys. You might as well be talking to an empty drum. |
jayce232:Shut up. It is not the government's job to employ graduates. Their job is to provide infrastructure that enables the private sector to offer employment, as well as services like that of Binance, for you to prosper. Without the govt investing billions of dollars in fiber optic cables and telecoms infrastructure, would you know what Binance is, or even know what the internet is, much less accessing it? Idiots. |
ogaontop:The bolded quote shows you are a stupid dunce with no brain. He should be treated differently because he is ''a CEO''. Stupid air head. Your mother's pussy is a shithole. Animal. |
WizardOfNG:A ‘Biafra’ will be another banana republic, ruled by IPOB thugs who don’t even know the meaning of democracy. Can’t even spell democracy. The idea that this IPOB we are looking at, will allow free and fair elections in a ‘Biafra’ is the biggest delusion possible on Earth. |
Asiri1991:You are from an ethnic group known worldwide for heavy drug dealing, with multiple daily arrests of your kith and kin, SO SHUT UP YOUR DIRTY HYPOCRITE LIPS THERE, you and your fellow Igbo bastards with the temerity to insult a great NIGERIAN like Soyinka. |
kingar:Don’t take the fools on Nairaland as representative of Igbos. I am Igbo and I love and admire the great Wole Soyinka, our world class Nobel laureate. |
santopelele:NO. Their drainage is filled up because it is OPEN. Drainage is supposed to be COVERED. That’s the norm all over the world except in Nigeria….and Ghana, your brothers in primitivism. What is “monthly sanitation”? You are NOT supposed to be cleaning out gutters in the name of any blasted ‘sanitation’. The gutters are supposed to be COVERED, with SIDEWALKS for pedestrians. Vents by the sidewalk allow rain water to drain into the covered gutters. Once the road is built like that, you don’t need any “sanitation day”. Everywhere is sealed. Nothing to ‘sanitize’. Only thing to do is pick the papers and plastic bags on the street. |
Why do you have to call it his manhood? Why not just penis? |
Olachase:50k is not 30 billion dollars, brother If I have such amount, I will share a minimum 5 billion among the youths. After all I’m not going to heaven with the money. It’s because we live in a wicked, selfish world that even the suggestion seems outlandish and weird. |
Jackanda1:I am Igbo, and I love Amala and Ewedu with Gbegiri and assorted meat. I can kill for Efo Riro. |
Damian911:Leave Indian food out pls…. ![]() |
kay29000:Nah…They don’t need to set up near her joint. Brazil is a huge country with many big cities. You can set up a Naija joint in Sao Paulo and you will clean up. |
Oga, out of that your $30 billion, use style to share $5 billion among the youths, let God smile on you more. |
gistray:Shut up there with your racial inferiority complex. Rwanda, are they not black people? Angola? Mozambique? Do you know the kind of heavy wars those countries experienced? Go there today and see. You won’t believe how far they’ve come. The problem with you Nigerian youths is you watch CNN anti-African, biased garbage, and think you know “black people”. Meanwhile you don’t know shiit. Many black countries are very organised, in Africa and in the Caribbean. |
Konquest:The mods don't like threads like this that show Nigeria in a positive light, so you can forget front page. |

The vibrant colours, passionate chants and infectious energy emanating from the stands have created an unforgettable atmosphere that is drawing in new fans and rekindling the love for the game among long-time supporters. With four games remaining in the season, the NPFL is poised for an exhilarating finish. The title race is wide open, and the battle for a top-three finish is intensifying, promising an enthralling climax to the season. tungamaje:They may all be in cahoots. These are cult people, plus Gates himself. Carrying out their 'New World Order' agenda. Even Obi and Atiku are part of them, plus Tinubu. So it doesn't matter who among them is president, they will still carry out the NWO agenda. They will all welcome Bill Gates to Aso Rock with smiles and handshakes. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to see that this Boko Haram/Bandits stuff is foreign instigated and funded. At this point, Divine Intervention seems to be the only way to stop them. |
