Had same experience around September, around 41k.
Solution
I called them but before they picked na wahala and explained that I would not like to renew the domains(2) they asked a lot of questions about the account and domain which I provided.
After all the long hassle they refunded 18k back.
I would advise you to use text me app to call them or if you have ENOUGH airtime you can ALS try that.

Go to "wallets once you're done with the registration and verification and create a BTC wallet, you may also give the wallet a name as requested. Copy the the BTC address (always alpha-numeric) and send to DAN in the chat box telling them you prefer BTC payment.

Once you're paid, you're receive a mail from Luno and also when you click on wallets, you'll see 0 of 3 confirmations, this means it will take 3 block confirmations for the BTC to land in your wallet. After three block confirmations, you have the BTC in your wallet.

To sell, if you're using the app, all you need do is click on the home key, swipe left and the markets will display.
