If k1 visa is applied for,can d couple have a court wedding when d fiance living abroad visits nigeria?like a back up incase k1 is denied? Does d embassy in nigeria investigate every petitioner's marital status before interviews? Do they have a record or how is it done?how do they know an applicant is married if she claims single?
