It's more than that. Prices I'm seeing on most items are like 4-10x of what it should be. It makes no sense, till you remember this is Nigeria.

For example, 10 T-90 for $43 million. Those should cost around $2.5 or $3 million max and that would be $30 million total. So where is the extra money going if not into pockets.

Then look at a little over 2k AKM for $1.6 million. In this 21st century it's akm they want to buy, rather than modern rifles like the SCAR or HK 416. And they buying it for $1.6 million.

But who else but Russia makes the T-90 and have they announced they are selling them to us and why exactly would we need T-90s when we just bought tanks from China?


Modified: T-90s can cost up to $4.5 million apiece but that varies depending on equipment and where they were purchased. The usual price is $2.5-$3million.
