this is not correct, you need a minimum of 30m by 30m to site an LPG plant except if its a add-on plant in which you need an existing filling station to site that. similarly, no plant would be approved for a densely populated area as you advised your potential client. and yes you are right about avoiding high tension cable, school, big religious house, railway ROW, NNPC ROW et al

I am sure you guys are talking about same thing. DPR dont issue certificate they only issue permit ( for servicing coy) and License for Operators.
just say YES to them and ensure you possess the appropriate permit for the type of job they require you to do

Hmm i dont know how u do ur calculation o but 983k divided by 12 is about 81k per month. Pension alone is like 12k not to talk of other deductions, so there is no way u will be receivibg 70k as entry level. Better tell her the truth to avoid dissappointment later. How can pension be 12k, 7.5% of consolidated is your pension do your calculation. if his consolidated is 81k he surely will take home nothing less than 60k
