I thank God that you have come out of this demonic evil act. You must first and foremost decide to give up masturbation. Avoid being alone or in private places where u will be likely to self-service. Stay off sex(all types) for at least six months. quit watching porn or bad company, or bad movies and Pray to God/Allah for help if you believe. You can do this. Just be determined. Have a calendar and Mark each successful day. Also take alot of fruits and vegetables, and foods that contain zinc. All the best. And don't give that bastard Satan a chance anymore to ruin your life. I started maturbating at a tender age and now it has affected my life. eg

Young appearance or looks
I don't last up to 40 sec with a girl and this has affected my life so bad. My penis is curve and small, at 24 yet it look like that of a 10 year old boy
