He can use local bank deposit but should decline fixed rate offer. That way, he can use other means to withdraw.

if he deposits via bank transfer, he'll have challenges withdrawing from other method o.
If he deposits via crypto, he can also withdraw to bank.

Some people in some forex groups are very funny. When you share analytical chart and you win it big, they won't say anything or even commend you. But the day you share another and hit sl, that is when they will come out from their cage and start shouting. "Didn't I tell you. I told you this anylsis is wrong, you should have stay off the market. It's not time to sell or buy" bla...bla..bla.. But they will never share their own chart ooo.. Forex traders can be so funny.
