Gear 1 and 2 will not downshift or upshift. They will die there until you do it yourself. There's a box around 3 and 4 which denotes this.

Though it depends on the car. Most 4 speed have this setup.

My remedy is:
A bigger reservoir with a higher altitude (the higher the better) and a narrower exit channel to the propellers

Next the number of propeller blades should be matched with the speed of the water coming through the channel in other to be efficient. Random amount of blades will not give results. This is where the work is, getting the right amount of blades. 3? 4? 5?....

Now this propeller is going to have levers and gears, starting from a big pulley connected to a smaller one, and another. The more the gears, the faster the alternator runs with little effort from the water, and in return more voltage from the alternator coil.

The second reservoir collects and stores the used water just below the propeller.

Pending on the force the water can generate, a bigger alternator can be used in other to achieve 12v output.

A capacitor, AVR....etc can be used to sustain the output power to a deep cycle battery, which will be used with an inverter, as you suggested.


Now to recycle the water, what I have is this:

1. The whole water system should be a closed unit. The 2nd reservoir below should link back to the 1st tank via another narrow channel. As water falls with gravity, atmospheric pressure will make sure the water goes back up.

This will create resistance for the propeller though, but that's why our capacitors are there.
Except we have access to unlimited spring water


2. Is to make sure the alternator electrical engineering can produce enough power to charge a big inverter that can power a mini efficient electric pump which will send the water back up. And still have juice left for use.

Most of the cars you see plying our roads have been used else where before being shipped to Nigeria.

A brand new car used in Nigeria for 6 months will beat its equivalent used for 11 years in any other country, almost in all ramifications,all things being equal.

Bros if somebody can use a brand new car for 11 years, and still look like new. Someone else bought this car, after 6months...leme use 1year.. and the car is beyond recognition from body panels to interior to engine.

What is the justification that if this same person buys a brand-new car, it will last for 11 years and still sparkling?

Someone used a 100% car to 80% in 11years
Another person used same car 80% to 40% in 1 year

Do the maths.

The difference is too much. There are some 15years old toks car that still almost brand-new.

Since toks can look good after 11years
Nigerian used should still look good for 6years...that's fair.

Afterall it is not scrap, it is 80% new. Why then should it look good for only 6months?
