Onitsha buildings need renovation. Not lookin attractive. Looks like the buildings in Nassarawa.

Case study 3: enugu

Capital of old eastern region. The city got a boost after governor chimaroke declared "any land that is more that 10 years old and has not been developed would be taken by the government". Enugu got a massive boost during Sullivan Chime and also seen as the most peaceful and serene city in nigeria. Development in enugu has been baffling most residents

Capital of Anambra State. The city has ha it's fair share of violence after its residence decided to fight the government for illegally taking over their lands. The city got a boost during peter Obi and the recent govt has decided to take the mantle and continue. Awka is also the fastest developing capital after being created in 1996

onitsha is the most populated city in the east but of recent, development has seem to integrate the city and balanced out. Cleanliness, cheap housing has made the city number 1 option for an average hustler.
