i hail pushing mamas. pls am 26 wks.always exhausted and tired even afta very small activity.my own na jst waking and sleeping and eating. pls wat can i do to boost my energy level.

hi pushing mamas. am 15wks. abeg dis headache wan kill me.dis one has lastd for 3days now oo.wat do i do.am tryin.to stay off drugs so far havent taken paracetamol.and d waist pain and leg cramps na somethin else.my first trimester was so easy but dis second t na wah o.doc jst sayin its normal but am gettin so tired of hearing dat

hello pushin mamas. 7wks pregnant. always hungry o.no matter wat i eat,hunga go catch me .its worse wen i jst wake up frm slwep.abeg is dis normal.my fear is if i dont eat,pickin for belle go starve but if i chop,i go too fat and baby sef go too big

I'm also a 200L MB;BS student, I also need such tips. However, I've made little research and have found out some info. (NB: there may be no study tips!!!!!)
1. Our MB;BS curriculum is divided into programmes: e.g in the first eight weeks of of 200L we'll do CBD(cell and body defence) and IBS ( Introduction to Body systems), in shaa Allah.
2. we'll write our first progressive assessment test as soon as we're done with the first 8weeks' programme, in shaa Allah.
3. we'll offer embryology(keith moore's developing human, Sadler's/Langman embryology are good texts), histology( basic or functional histology are good texts), gross anatomy ( Keith moore's COA, chaurasia's anatomy are good texts), biochemistry ( harper's, vasudevan's, etc. texts), physiology (ganong, guyton, semulingam physiology texts. note that the values in sembulingam are not acceptable in our school, however, it's a very simplified text to read) in the 200 Level, in shaa Allah.
4. I have the scheme of work, let me know if you need it!

For Unilorin DE mbbs,only B.Sc in anatomy,physiology,microbiology and zoology are accepted. Dats on their website

You will b doing chemistry,zoology,plant biology,maths,physics and GNS courses. All r basically easy but u need to watch out for math,phy and chm courses,dey can b quite difficult especially since na CBT exams, u wil have many calculations but little time . GNS has d txtbk,jst cram it all. lol. All d best
