Jobs/Vacancies / How To Make $100 - $1000 Monthly Working With Google Adsense (part I) by ramas: 6:08pm On Dec 11, 2008
I have decided to release this training series because
of the many emails I have received from people who want
concrete evidence that this system of profiting from
Google works.

If you missed my earlier tips about Frequently Asked Questions
about working with Google in their Adsense programme, you can
go ahead and read it now before you go ahead with this. You will
find it here. www.icashsecret.com/top-questions.htm

Today, I want to show you the first step you need to take to get
started with making money, by working in partnership with Google
using Adsense and how to set the stage for earning $100 to $1000
monthly.

Let me remind you that the programme is absolutely FREE and that
Google won’t charge you a dime for operating it. That cleared, let
me continue with how you can get started.

For you to start with the Google Adsense programme, you MUST have
your own website. Without it, you cannot start with the programme
because before you even get accepted at all, Google will manually
come over to review your website. If you have no website to show
– you get kicked out even before you get started.

There are two ways for you to get a website. The first is to pay
for your own website. This includes registering a domain name and
paying for webhosting (and trust me, it is really cheap these days).
With as little as N2500 to N3000, you can have a website up and
running. (see www.hostplusng.com) for more,  (Note – I run that
site and the prices have all been dropped. The site will be
updated to reflect new prices soon).

Now, before you go for the website, should have an objective for
it. This is where a lot of people miss it and I mean really
MISS it (more on that later in the tutorial).

The second option is to get a free website. Now, one of the easiest
to operate websites which I have come to love online is a kind of
website called a blog. It is basically like an online diary or an
archive where you can add information on a regular basis. See
examples at www.achieversdigest.com, www.profitbomb.com

The beautiful thing is that you can setup your own blog for FREE
and start using it on the spot to begin creating an income from
the Google programme. It is quite easy. Just take a stroll to
www.blogger.com and create your own blog account. It is easy
and will take just a few minutes.

When your site is active, it is time to go over to Google and
register a FREE account. (NOTE: if you signed up with blogger
at first, the same blogger account (username and password) you
signed up with will work for registering with Adsense).
To register for the Adsense Programme, go to www.profitbomb.com.
You will find an image that takes you to the registration page.

I suggest you read carefully the rules of the Adsense programme
because failure to comply might lead to rejection of your website
and where your website is accepted, can lead to the loss of your
account which is final when lost.

So, walk to Adsense and register an account. The adsense team
will review your site in a few days and tell you if you were
accepted or not. If you were accepted, great; you can begin
the journey into profits.

I state earlier that a lot of people miss it at the point where
they setup their websites and I mean it. As I conclude this 1st
lesson, here is why,

About Adsense

Google Adsense is simply an advertisement programme. People come
to Google to pay them to display their adverts. To understand
this, you can just go over to www.google.com and do a search
for a word phrase like "internet marketing" Then look closely
at the results that show on the right hand of the screen. What
you see are paid for adverts and the programme that handles that
is Google Adwords which is the senior brother of Adsense.

In Adsene, Google looks for people like you and I who have websites
and give us a code to insert on our websites. These codes are
responsible for the display of advertisement on your websites
and Google pays you every time someone clicks the advert.
What this means is that,

If you have 1 million people visiting your website daily, and
no one of these people clicks on the adverts Google displays
on your site, you will not earn a dime.

You only get paid when someone clicks on those adverts, so you
must be up and doing in your task of generating revenue which
starts from the kind of website you choose and the target
audience of the site.

As a rule,

I recommend that when you start a website for the Google Adsense
programme, you should always make sure that you are targeting
an audience or a niche that has a wide reach (base).

For example, if your website is about a subject like Music,
Jokes, Relationships, Health,  etc, you are better positioned
to get more visitors that when you choose a niche that is
obscure and without must e-traffic.

So, always focus your attention on high traffic niches as you
plan to go into adsense and at the back of your mind,
remember that what you will be doing for the niche is
simply to provide high quality information.
