My problem is google has refuse to index my new blog posts www.wazobiatvnews.com . i bought it from someone now used my own mail to submit it to google but its not getting crawled again.

mayb the person you bought it from has submitted a sitemap to google already. Google hates duplicate contents so it would deindex everything and might even stop crawling

To be honest i have no experience buying Adsense accounts, So i would nt comment on that.

Hosted adsense is generally approved through Youtube channel. This type adsense is approved within 2 days. Hosted Adsense ads appear on only Google hosted products like Youtube, ie Blogger blog and othen other products.
Hosted Adsense don't show ads on your own hosted sites ie when you purchase your own hosting plan and host your site yourself then hosted adsense will not work.
Non Hosted Adsense is fully approved Adsense and it shows ads on any sites .

Running a sport forum can be a little dicey, I have not visited any b4 tho.. But out of experience, i would advice you promote your forum amongst other relevant sport sites.. Drop comments linking to your blog. Run promo, contests, Give aways

if you are running a blog like that consider your audience.. Me i wont goto google and start looking for most of your posts the way you constructed them.
But there are certain pple out dere looking for your posts. But the keywords they are searching for is not the keyword you are using.
Also goto to adwords. google.com and search for keywords.. it would go a long way in helping you especially. Also you are low on backlinks, write guest posts and get a dofollow backlinks from bloggers that has more influence in your niche.

And i discovered your blog loads slowly i.e too many posts, widgets, Javascripts etc

And you should really consider using Google keywords before putting out a post. Goto adwords.google.com and search for the keyword tools.

It would go a long way helping you.

and also after putting out a post goto your google webmaster dashboard and fetch the page as google.

It would notify google that you have updated your blog

Google has started rolling out support for HDR videos in the mobile version of the Youtube app. It has been confirmed that the update is out already and it offers you a HDR playback up to 1080p resolution and 60fps when you manually change the video quality.

Dear Confused,
HDR stands for High Dynamic Range imaging, and it's an old photography practice recently introduced to camera phones like the iPhone and some Android devices (or with the use of special apps). It's supposed to make your pictures look better, but it depends on when you use it.
Google being renowned for launching updates like this quietly did the same on the HDR Youtube support for smartphones which was confirmed by some reports on Reddits .

Though, Youtube added support for HDR video playback in November 2016, but Google has failed to roll it out to various smartphones that offer HDR screen. HDR support is available on Galaxy S8, Note 8, Pixel, LG V30 and Xperia XZ Premium.

From the above, it is logical that Google would opt for building smartphones with support for higher quality video format in the near future.
