3. Human Rights Record- Any country that will be great must have a high record of protecting basic human rights, or the rights of its citizens, no matter how high or lowly the citizen may be. It is a measure of how much a country cares about is own people. In Nigeria, the higher up you are, the better your chance of your rights being protected. The lower you are, you better have a strong God

4. Security.

With the exception of USA, all other G7 countries rank among the top 35 most secure countries in the world. USA would have been there with them if not for its liberal gun laws. Nigeria is amongst the top Ten most insecure countries on earth. Without security, there can never be progress, without progress, your chances of becoming great are next to zero

5. Unity of purpose.

In great countries, no matter your ethnicity, race, religion or creed, there is always the belief that the basis of coming together to be a country is to improve the quality of the life of citizens. In other words, the purpose of unity based equity, justice and fairness, is all about advancement of the country, which will give a better life to the people. In the case of Nigeria, there is no unity of purpose. The average Nigerian only knows that the British made him a Nigerian, and him and all other ethnic groups must die as Nigerians. Today, the unity of Nigeria has been overrun by tribalism, fight for political supremacy, hatred and suspicion. Nigeria has no unity of purpose.
