He first told me he is driving to the bank to pay me after receiving the money and later blocked me on Whatsapp and switched off his phone. He stole my money on paypal. I opened a case against him on paypal to report the stolen fund. While Paypal was waiting for his response on the fraudulent transaction, I also contacted Etisalat where his sim was registered to get his full details. Fortunately, Paypal contacted me this morning that the case has been ruled in my favour and I was refunded. Imagine if it was a BITCOIN. It would have been long gone! Beware!
