I had the same experience with the same Professor Olurode. I was in Unilag for a masters in sociology degree in 2009/2010. He was teaching sociology of development and co-teaching research methods with then Dr Oyefara. Along the line, he was appointed a national electoral commissioner at INEC. Without knowing me from Adam, he appointed me as his PA in INEC which turned out to be the turning point of my life. May Almighty God gives him long life and good health.

Eligible males and females of African extraction have the opportunity to pursue Master Degrees in selected disciplines relevant to their national development goal and aspirations outside the continent.

The scholarship covers the following:

· Cost of tuition for two years
· Return ticket (Economy class)
· Monthly living allowances of 1,840 USD per month for two years
· Health cover for two years
· One of settlement allowance of 3,550 USD
· A strong alumni Network
· Dependent visa for family members and/or reunion support

Eligibility:

A Bachelor degree of Equivalent

Between the ages of 25 and 50 years

At least two to three years experience

A form of national identification

Demonstrated commitment to return to your country after end of course
