desiree: Have you been diagnosed with endometriosis? That is the only reason for severe menstrual cramps and popping blood. Go and see your gynecologist fast. It is well o. Sis, d cramp is gone and flow now normal. Mumsy says she always see hers 6wks after delivery, so i guess no cause for alarm. D stooling has stopped and i think there is a wound around d opening of my an*us, guess that wat cause d blood. Thanks |

MGeey: Good morning mamas. Please sorry to digress, its six weeks now since I put to bed yet the dark coloration on my neck and the dark spots from the pimples I had while pregnant is yet to fade. I have used black native soap, longrich soap n coconut oil yet no improvement. Please any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks. continue using d black native soap, it will surely clear. Its been 7wks for me now and it remains only my neck. |

sayoberry: My own suture is beneath the bikini line. Still pains me. My doc recommended ibrufen and tramadol, d thing dey affect 'kpe' as I no fit dey do ceiling fan style
Meanwhile the twins have cold and cough too. I use suction bulbs for the cattar.
About the t.v, DD before I had the twins was addicted to Barney. She has the best spoken English in the house. She tells me "mummy its 'worra' not 'wota' (water)" But I made her stop when anytime she came back from school it was Barney instead of homeworks.
I feel like running away for a month. #stressed. Twin one doesn't make it look like I have twins. He eats, sleeps, sucks his tumb and sits to watch t.v. Twin 2 on the other hand will never sit on her own. Its either u sit in front of her to play with her or carry her. When carrying her u can't just put her on ur lap. U either sing, clap, play and laugh or cry if u are pissed and she can't sleep on her own either. You sing, dance, jump, wiggle, make funny faces, doze off, wake up again to meet her fussy face. Lord!!! Kudos to u mama, can't imagine what u are going through. twin 2 is just like my daughter... |

bossladymo1: Then you have to adjust her cycle as I said earlier.
Babies sleep longer when they are being held. During my time, what I did was express bm, and feed baby from a bottle. My son always ate more from the bottle...which in turn, knocks him out. That method, coupled with switching activity level, helped adjust him. thanks for ur reply ma, only dat she doesnt accept bottle |

Sooner or Later, her brain is going to notice the difference and adjust. thanks ma. d thing is she can sleep for 3hrs or more during d day without waking to feed but at night, she wakes up almost every 2hrs. another thing I notice is DAT she sleeps deeper and longer at night when I lay her on my chest. but I usually have waist pain in d morning........ sorry for my rants |

bossladymo1: Are you a joker? 1 mth old baby sleep through the night?
Number 1- Their tummies cant hold enough food that will last them through the night. So they will definitely wake up.
Number 2 - They dont have established sleep cycles yet.
Your mum did the same for you too. That is why mothers are advised to sleep when baby sleeps. It's just 1 month, and you are already complaining. You sef wont want your less than 3 month old to sleep through the night, cos it's not normal.
Pele! That's motherhood for you. Guess you are a first time mum. am FTM, i dont really mean she should sleep all thru d night. She usually wakes up at least 4-5 times and she falls back asleep as soon as i breastfeed her. I just dont like dis long break of no sleep at all |

Splendblex: So any time baby wants to suck, I will have to sit? No be small tin but our LO's safety is what matters. whenever my baby wants to suck at night (4-5times), i have to get up and will wait for her to burp b4 putting her down again or else, breastmilk comes out thru her nose.......... |
