Hi guys, so I made an investment on the 14th Aug 2020, N1m huge saver plan for 6 months quarterly payment. I was told I would get a confirmation msg after 5 working days and that I should start counting my expected ROI date from the day I get the message. It’s been almost 4 weeks now and still nothing. I’ve sent several mails no response, I’ve called customer care line nobody answers it. It is worrisome. Has anyone here got their confirmation message?

We recently rolled out a new business management platform with accompanying quirks as with all new systems. In my branch for example you'd get a contact number of the department responsible for entering clients data. We are still working on automated emailing of receipts immediately your investment is confirmed. It's work in progress.

Which one is the payment ID? Is it the alphanumeric digits they said we should use as depositor’s name when making the payment at the bank? If so then yes I got it by text. I just feel the company should do better especially with customer relations and alleviating people’s fear, a lot of money is at stake here. I called the customer care number endlessly nobody picked. I’ll have to go back to the branch I invested in on Monday. Thank you for taking time out in responding to me.

See how you are using your own tongue to speak ills against yourself? I pray you do not regret. If you invested manually, just relax and expect your ROI in 30 days time and don't fret.

For the plan I did, ROI is supposed to come every 3 months. That’s a long time to stay in limbo.

I invested today at MBA lekki brand and i was also told that I will receive a confirmation message latest on Tuesday next week, that I should come back to show them. They said my ROI due date will start to count on the day I received confirmation message not the day I made payment

Exactly, same with me. It’s been a week now still nothing.

I just hate it when some of you guys just jump into what you haven't done any research on just because you see others doing it.

Yes, it is clearly written there in the MOU I got, I went to their office to register and the person who registered me also said so, apparently, the plan I invested in just started last week. Seems they are coming up with new policies every other month. That aside, do you think I’m so stupid as to make up getting a confirmation message? Why can’t you engage someone in a friendly manner instead of displaying your lack of home training? If you can’t help me waka pass:

How long does it take to get the confirmation message? An investment was made last week on the huge saver plan for 6 months ROI. Till date no message yet. Customer care aren’t picking calls! These people aren’t professional, I’m beginning to regret.
