Hi guys, so I made an investment on the 14th Aug 2020, N1m huge saver plan for 6 months quarterly payment. I was told I would get a confirmation msg after 5 working days and that I should start counting my expected ROI date from the day I get the message. It’s been almost 4 weeks now and still nothing. I’ve sent several mails no response, I’ve called customer care line nobody answers it. It is worrisome. Has anyone here got their confirmation message? |

airsaylongcom:Which one is the payment ID? Is it the alphanumeric digits they said we should use as depositor’s name when making the payment at the bank? If so then yes I got it by text. I just feel the company should do better especially with customer relations and alleviating people’s fear, a lot of money is at stake here. I called the customer care number endlessly nobody picked. I’ll have to go back to the branch I invested in on Monday. Thank you for taking time out in responding to me. |

ChybuzzDD:Yes, it is clearly written there in the MOU I got, I went to their office to register and the person who registered me also said so, apparently, the plan I invested in just started last week. Seems they are coming up with new policies every other month. That aside, do you think I’m so stupid as to make up getting a confirmation message? How long does it take to get the confirmation message? An investment was made last week on the huge saver plan for 6 months ROI. Till date no message yet. Customer care aren’t picking calls! These people aren’t professional, I’m beginning to regret. |
