I don’t think it is appropriate to put the voting tracker when a live vote is on. You can put an option to turn it on or off.

not those u write withing the page using it..but some external JavaScript and css

Power of Flask.. In flask world, all the files in static folder will be treated as Static files.

You can specifial another folder but static folder is the default

I will say roughly. Started with C++ in 2013 then ported to Java. From Java to C and now Python

Back then, I was learning it for fun but now, I see future in it.
