PoliticsRe: BREAKING NEWS: Zambian President Michael Sata Is Dead ! by ratiken(m): 9:02am On Oct 29, 2014
African leaders always dying in office. Why not leave the office for younger minds who are healthy and strong enough to pilot the affairs of the nation. A typical example is Buhari who have refused to allow the leaders of tomorrow have their say today.

RIP to the dead anyway. The mind of a black man is truly dark.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan, Nigeria’s Most Tolerant, Democratic Leader – Ogoriba by ratiken(m): 7:41am On Oct 28, 2014
Very true. No average Nigerian politician can stomach what GEJ overlooks. After he leaves office in 2019, we will continue to compare his successors to him in this regard.

PoliticsRe: Amaechi: I Fell Out With PEJ Cos I Refused To Share Rivers Money With Her by ratiken(m): 12:49pm On Oct 25, 2014
Am surprised people still listen to Amaech. He is just an uncouth and irresponsible mad man who found himself in the corridors of power.

He has just reduced himself to a political nonentity that neither PDP nor APC would want to have him at the fore front of their party. What becomes of him post 2015?
PoliticsRe: Amaechi Incites Rivers Youths Against President Jonathan by ratiken(m): 12:01pm On Oct 25, 2014
Let me ask.... By whose standard is it worse off?, yours?, APCs?

By IMF and World Banks, we are better off, by every available economic indices.... We are progressing. My roads are better, my power supply is better, agriculture is better, infrastructures are better, railways are better, our elections are free and fair, we have battled ebola to a stand still, we are battling bokoharam despite the distractions and oppositions, I am hopeful about the FG housing loan I applied for which has been approved (this was advertized nationwide), opposition now has a voice, there is freedom of information that allowed us abuse the presidency, farmers including my friends make humongous amounts of money from product exports....

So I ask you again, by whose standard are thing worse? COS BY MY STANDARD, this is the best it has gotten for us so far and as such GEJ should continue for another 10yrs until we find ourselves some common sense. Our 50yrs mess cannot be cleaned in 4yrs and its silly to expect immediate return on economic strides that this govt have achieved. However, enterprising minds are already benefiting from the fertile economic terrain. So my good friend, with all the politeness I can muster......just SHUT UP

size38:
There is nothing like incite here. we all see for ourselves that GEJ has failed. We read and listen to news everyday. We have been expecting yet, sees nothing coming out from GEJ's govt and the PDP. We have been promised "vision" 2000, Vision this and Vision that. From there to 7 point Agenda. Up till now not even one of those 7 point Agenda have we seen. Today, they are talking about Transformation Agenda and fresh Air. Not one single sector of our economy has been transformed. Not to talk about fresh Air that has been polluted and filled with poison and corrupt

The lagos state govt needs to take action now.... this not a time to parade eko oni baje..... lagosians needd to be protected. Its very scary in traffic these days.
PoliticsGrowing Cases Of Robbery On Lagos Roads by ratiken(op): 10:51am On Oct 25, 2014
For most lagosians who ply major lagos roads for daily activities. ...this should not be news anymore.
From ojota, ikorodu road, apongbon, eko bridge, cms, mile 2, ifako, oworonshoki, Lasu etc.
These boys attack people in their cars in traffic and they come armed with tools ready to break your glass if you resist. We had over 5 different cases in my office this week and at different locations. The boys have grown so bold that they act without any form of fear.

I think Fashola should quit this APC propaganda for now and protect lagosians. That is his key responsibility. If this continues unchecked, people will be forced not to go work in the coming months. Its actually at its height now.
PoliticsRe: Fashola For President In 2019? by ratiken(m): 9:01am On Oct 25, 2014
With the recent holier than thou attitude being put forward by Gov Fashola, It has become pertinent that we remind ourselves what manner of man he has been in the past 7.5 years.

1. It is on record that Tinubu is one of the most corrupt individual this country ever produced who went on an accumulation spree of every viable state asset. However, I wonder how a 'non corrupt' Fashola can seamlessly work with an extremely corrupt Tinubu for 8yrs without friction while they both accumulate all state assets to their personal names. Two cannot work together except they agree. It seems Tinubu accumulated more state resources under Fashola's tenure than his own tenure. One can categorically conclude that Fashola is either more corrupt than Tinubu or just a plain dummy/ foot soilder

2. There is still no justification to installing toll plazas on existing roads. The Lekki- Epe expressway that serves the fastest developing area of lagos state should have received fair and untolled attention but out of the dirtiness of heart of the corrupt duo of Fashola/ Tinubu.... it was tolled to their own company. When the masses trooped out to protest against it, Fashola's touts were unleashed on them even to the extent of death of a protester. If every state governor tolls roads which is a basic necessity like Fashola did..... ours would have been a mortgaged country

3. Till date, Fashola have refused to open up the state books to the public consistent with the Freedom of information bill adopted at the federal level. He has consistently and categorically refused to be accountable. For the records, LASG with monthly IGR and allocation of 29B and 19B respectively have managed approximately 4.5trillion in 7.5yrs. Unaccountability is the hallmark of irresponsible leadership.

4. How on earth can a sane governor deport non-indigenes within same country at the wee hours of the morning and dump them under a bridge. Every Nigerian indigene has the right to live in an part of the geographical location called Nigeria without a visa. It is also on record that this inhumane act have been carried out by just on governor in our history. .. which is Fashola. This act currently ranks as the highest breach of human rights in Nigeria.

5. Fashola adamantly approved a 1000% increase in the school fees rates for LASU students without any corresponding increase in wage rates. It took wide spread protest and unending strikes that forced the govt to its knee. This is the record increase of school fees in Nigeria and ranks the height of insensitivity

6. Lagos roads are repaired at 2billion/ km by the crony companies of Fashola/ Tinubu. Better roads are built allover the country at lesser rates. Height of lootocracy

The ease at which he criticizes the central govt without acknowledging any single achievement by same govt makes him a mere opposition figure who stands for nothing but mere propaganda. Now I ask..... What are the highlights of Fashola's govt?Lagos was a federal capital and Tinubu's govt was the height of hopelessness and such any any road repaired receives lots of hype. What key achievement would Fashola be remembered for?

As much as I detest APC, the people of Osun has spoken and Aregbesola is their choice.
We all have to live with that. Omisore should seek other career options.

Although if tables turned, APC e-rabbits would have been jumping all over thread with their typical evil propaganda.

We are voting Buhari 2015! Simple. You guys should stop giving yourselves unnecessary headache.

The masses have given Pres Jona his own chance and he blew it.

The wind blowing now is that of change!
We
And for your information, Buhari supporters are passionate and so sure about his abilities to turn things around in this country. We are not supporting him based on ethnic and religious sentiments/stomach infrastructure.

We dont care about tribe, religion and other mundane things! We hate corruption and nepotism with passion and we know that the People's General is capable of reducing this by at least 70%! We have discovered that it is corruption that is affecting the general well-being of majority of Nigerians.

Vote GMB 2015 and see the Nigeria of our dreams manifesting.
It would be freezing over in hell before Buhari presides over a peaceful Nigeria. Its just plain impossible... elections apart.

I see the absurdity of some myopic propagandists about Gen Buhari!

They have nothing to use now in castigating the Gentleman, but old age. They forget that leadership is not wrestling, farming, marathon etc.

Leadership need only two things: Wisdom &Trustworthiness! And Buhari has accumulated the two qualities since!
Shut up..... Let your old hag firstly apologise for killing youth corpers in 2011, then he should wiyhdraw his statements on dogs and baboons after which he should provide the 25billion ETF funds and the $700m smuggled across the border for him in 1983. When he's done he should show us the collateral used for the 27m loan.

Did you see anything about his age there? Buhari's baggage is too much for this nation to carry at this time.

Plenty dummies here. Make it an open trial and the witnesses will not turn up. Nobody wants to be openly testifying against a terror group.
And for the folks accusing the FG for this, also remember that if they decided not to try guy at all, nobody will be discussing it as we are doing now. It seems these APC e-maggots have their brains and objectivity snatched away on recruitment by Lai Mohd.
I need to start selling common sense on this forum, I can see am already a billionaire.

GenBuhari:
All logic will tell you that crude selling at only $9/barrel (compare with $100/Barrel today), and with Abacha rejecting all IMF and World Bank ruinous loans, that Abacha could not have looted. Especially when you consider that Abacha chose Buhari to run the PTF and Buhari had accepted.
Not to talk of the fact that Abacha reduced our external debt by $9Billion and increased our reserves by $9Billion.
So much more evidence would tell anybody who wants to verify, Abacha was no looter.

Buhari was correct on that.
And the money being recovered from his family since his death are what money? Stop talking from your ass .....its called fart.
