mrofficial:Just another emotional Nigerian who prefers to beat about the bush than face reality |
Very obvious. |
NeduLuiZ:Some of you are stubbornly dumb. The company contracted to purchase arms made public their activities thereby absolving Ayo and SA has returned the funds. So what are you on about? |
As long as the price of refined product is more than 97 naira/ litre in the global market, FG continues to pay but definitely less than when crude was over $90/ barrel. A little bit of education. ... Subsidy does not end at import price. Have we asked why petrol sells at 97naira in Sokoto, maiduguri and same across the country despite the significant transportation cost incurred from depot....... Transport cost is also borne by FG under the subsidy funds. So there is more to subsidy than cost at dock. Yes we have to tighten our belts cos we loose more in declining sales revenue from crude than we gain from saving subsidy funds...... by a very wide margin. |
We will all appreciate GEJ after he leaves office in 2019. For now.... let shallow minds keep complaining Aviation - 7.5 (revamp of almost all airports across the nation and upgrading some to international status) Electricity - 7.5 (Setting the power sector on a path of self sustenance and reinvigoration through privatization. For most people complaining, their transformers cannot sustain 12hrs supply much more 24hrs. Facility overhaul will take some time before we attain constant power) Agriculture - 9 (Massive gains in this sector, if you aint making money from agriculture yet, you have yourself to blame) Infrastructure - 7 (GEJ took over at the height of infrastructural decay but today our roads are better and the moribund rail system is back) Economy - 7 (Nigeria's economy tops africa, all indices are on positive, FDIs at all time high and making key decisions with long term impact. The drop in price of crude is the only dent) Industrialization/ Job creation - 6.5 (Making favourable policies for investors, the re-emergence of the automobile industry, SURE-P etc..... He can do more) Freedom of Information - 9 (He signed the FOI bill that his predecessors and even current governors refused to sign. All info has been made public, we now castigate the presidency and call him names. ) Education - 6.5 (Massive campaign on Alamajiri schools up north, new federal universities, resuscitation of unity schools among others) Security - 4 (He could have acted earlier, however I wont underestimate the challenge. He fired the service chiefs but u cant keep firing them. Bokoharam enjoys sympathy up north, US refusing to sell arms. Its just not easy but the buck stops on his table but I'll rather we jointly fight Bokoharam or jointly share the blame) Health - 7 (Fought ebola to a standstill. GEJ deserves all the credit cos if the fight failed, all blames would have been on him and not the governors trying to steal the shine). Without security challenges, we would have been long gone. And for those complaining, get to the details in your analysis and argue facts. We complained of Babangida, Abacha, Abdulsalam, Obasanjo, Yaradua and now GEJ. We'll also complain of the next guy after GEJ. WE ARE A COUNTRY OF COMPLAINANTS WITHOUT EYES FOR DETAILS AND TRENDS.....JUST EMOTIONAL. THAT IS WHY OUR AGITATIONS ARE SKEWED AND NEVER YIELDED RESULTS. |

Nice he said it. |
A vote against GEJ is a vote against Nigeria's coexistence. If by any reason GEJ does not return come 2015..... forget about the flow of funds from the south to the north. Its no threat. ... just absolute reality. Infact... I strongly suspect GEJ will be the last president of a united Nigeria. We can argue all we want online but this is reality staring us in the face. |
GEJ's PDP - Emerging True Democracy APC - Classless Propaganda and Evil |
orimsamsam:Sorry to disappoint you, whoever holds the PDP flag is the next governor....whether Jimi or Koro. Lagosians desperately want Tinubu's hold on Lagos nullified. ...people believe Tinubu owns every property in Ikoyi and VI. Lagosians believe Fashola would not have put toll gates on existing roads if not for the push by Tinubu. Unfortunately the face of Lagos APC for the next election is Tinubu and not Fasola cos Ambode's emergence is public knowledge. Tinubu's APC in lagos is in its last year. Hit the streets and verify for yourself. |
seanet02:No human alive can be worse than Tinubu. |
APC is bokoharam. Nothing like negotiations. ... its going to be internal alignments. Anybody in doubt should ask why Bokoharam attacks at eve of any major PDP event...... and APC as expected cries out afterwards why such events should have bwen cancelled. Buhari is the Bokoharam grand patron. |
Good news If the northern elites wants Bokoharam including Buhari and Atiku to end...... they know what to do and this insurgency will be history in two weeks. But they would not as it serves their born to rule purpose. |
Its time to stop putting toll gates on existing roads Its time to stop deportation of non-lagosians Its time to stabilize LASU school fees Its time to make policies with the poor in mind Its time to open lagos financial book to the public It's time to recover stolen govt infrastructures from tinubu Its time to fix the rural areas and slums of lagos Its timw to get to work and quit propaganda Its time to kick the fraudulent Tinubu dynasty out of lagos Its a shame Tinubu already chose a governor for lagosians even before they made their choice Without any thoughts....... It is Jimi Agbaje anytime. |
Emelcee:Between right now and ten minutes later, which one comes first? |
APC is the political wing of Bokoharam. There is no way an APC president can preside overr a peaceful Nigeria. That is just impossible. |
Idrismusty97:Stop fooling yourself and the gullible. Those business decisions were made before the insurgency. Do you mind telling us the status of these your listed projects?Trust me they are history.... and will remain same for the next 20yrs. |
Buhari and the northern elites should call themselves to order. 15yrs after the end of bokoharam, no investor (foreign or local) will put his money in the north-east. The dynamics of Nigerian finance sources will be very different in about 10 years and there might be no free oil money to rebuild that region. At that time, we would have forgotten GEJ was ever president and he would be no where to be blamed. The greed for current oil money would not allow the north see this. |
Its purely due to falling oil prices. I expect dummy Anti-GEJ activists to try to score cheap political points. This GEJ government have actually tried to diversify our economy more than any government and aimed at minimizing the impact of dwindling crude price such as at this time. He has targeted the key dollar demanding sectors namely Agricultural products and Automobile. If we can focus and stay self-sufficient on the steel industry, we willwbe nearer our destination. If Nigerians could as much as take the little pains of researching and educating ourselves, we will be agitating for the right things and not asking for a 77 yr old ex-general inept of ideas as a president. |
berem:Since you've not heard, you are not qualified to discuss this topic. Choose another topic to earn your pay for the day. The Ijaw/ Itsekiri tussle is public knowledge. |
What is naij.com? |
Anybody trying to doubt this fall-out by the OP is on self deceit. His predicted modalities might not be accurate but the events are almost destined. There is no way the ND creeks will be peaceful should GEJ not return to AsoRock in 2015. Not with persecution he has been ladden with since he assumed office. There is no way the funds from the creeks will peacefully flow up north after over 4yrs of lessons of violence presided over our born to rule brethren. We can argue all we want now..... but let me remind anyone in doubt that at the time violence was promised, we never knew bokoharam could turn out this way. Nothing is impossible in this clime Dont get it twisted...... After GEJ, Nigeria will never be same again. Our divisions are more glaring, our priorities are obviously different and the clan that promised an ungovernable Nigeria kept true to their word. Nobody has a monopoly of violence and violence will be reciprocated in due time all aimed to an ungovernable Nigeria. Unfortunately its downhill for Nigeria from here unless we miraculously adopt the regional government without violence. |
egift:Unfortunately you are very dumb. The US never came out to deny refusal to sell us arms. Am certain you e-APC $aggots are literally boko haram members. Its actually beyond political affiliation, your emotional attachment to the bokoharam course is just too obvious. So I'll say.... Just Shut Up. |
Can any iota of truth come from APC camp. |
Deportation of non-lagosians from Lagos Double taxation Installing toll gates on existing roads Increasing LASU school fees by 1000% Horrible state of roads in about 16 LGs in lagos With an outstanding 600m debt, LASG blatantly refused to open up the financial books to the public through FOI LASG has the highest construction cost per km of road all over the world for similar terrains Insensitivity to the plight of the poor and policies aimed at sending the hungry to the lowest level of destitution These are the LEGACIES of the Chief Propagandist in the person of Fashola. |
Please who is Bola Tinubu? Does his opinion matter? |
Fashola is just a propagandist..... nothing more Can someone list the three main legacies of fashola besides installing toll gates and deporting non-lagosians. Objectively, Fashola does not come in the 1st ten performing governors. Lagos is only popular. .. and a former Nation's capital. Some governors are tranforming villages to towns and cities without propaganda.... building infrastructures from the scratch; to me those are the performers. |
9jii:How do you grant amnesty to a group on a religious ideology? ...whose interest is to islamize Nigeria. . If I may ask, what would be the modalities of this amnesty? |
Anybody still in doubt abt the relationship between APC and Bokoharam? Another clean evidence staring you in the face. |
APC is clearly an Islamic agenda. |
