Simply create an archive , then move the mails to the archive .. after you've done moving the mails to archive, detach the archive from the outlook exchange. Then insert either flash or harddrive to the Mac. Open your documents locate outlook file folder copy it to the hard drive . Then take the hard drive to the other laptop , paste the archive. Open your outlook and add back the archive.

That's all

Not so simple, Sir.
This does not seem to work with Outlook365. The Cloud version wants to synch with the Exchange server before it populates the archived emails. Once deactivated from the Exchange server, it pulls up error messages.

So the question is is there some workaround to synch with Cloud, or do I need a software version of Outlook?

Need to migrate outlook emails from one Mac to another.
The files are from a corporate Exchange account which is now deactivated, so the migration is not a simple task. However, I have important files that I need saved before I send the Mac to my niece about to go to college.

Certainly does. As with anything else based on the Internet, the better your bandwidth, the better your viewing pleasure. I have used this on Swift, Smile and Glo (hotspot via my iPad). Certainly watchable on all, with some buffering, especially on the TV Stick. The Amazon Fire Box sees less buffering.

I choose lower quality feeds so I don't eat up so much data. The shows are generally marked "HD", "MQ" or "LQ".

OP, i don't have the intention of knocking your hustle but your presentation is misleading, you said we should end our DSTV subscription but you want us to replace it with a more expensive internet subscription.
Moreover, why wouldnt I just download Kodi on my laptop and watch whatever I want whenever I want.

Bottom-line, internet TV is million miles ahead of DSTV but the latter is still cheaper.

Point noted. I will address this with a live example from my household and many customers.

Option 1 - Internet & DSTV:
Internet subscription - N15K per month
DSTV - N16K per month = N31K

Option 2- Streaming Device for TV:
Internet only: N15K per month ONLY

Again, permit me to point out a reality - this option is not for everyone. Most people who move to streaming devices do so for the option of watching 1000+ relevant channels, TV shows from around the world ON DEMAND, and ALL movies including those currently in theaters. Yes you can download software and watch on your computer, but this option is for your TV sets. Why watch alone when you can entertain a whole family?

The choice is yours.

Rather than complain, if this option is not for you, please move on to that which suits you. We have already done tests for 3 Nairalanders and have sold 5 devices to others. The reality for most of our customers is that they already have high speed Internet in their homes, so there is no extra monthly cost.

I use IPNX for Internet. Fibre optic, direct to my house. I get 100GB for N15 per month. I have never run out of data and I do not buffer.

You are free to buy a Chinese version, if you prefer. This is an option for the discerning buyer. There is a difference between Mercedes and Great Wall or Kia.

To understand why, start with one basic premise - all cars driven in the USA have to be insured (real insurance, not the Nigerian version). Americans are highly litigious (they like court, well well!) and the disadvantages of not having insurance outweight any perceived benefit from sneaking around without insurance. Even small fender benders can generate tens of thousands of dollars in costs - repair to your car and the person you hit, and medical costs. Very expensive!

When a vehicle is in an accident, the first thing you do is call the police to the scene of the accident. They generate a police report and usually determine fault, and take insurance information. Pray that the other person is at fault! Then you call your insurance agent. Your insurance agent gets a copy of the police report (or asks you to get one). Your insurance company tells you to take your car to the collision shop. Usually they have preferred shops. Then they give you authorisation to get a car rental while your car is being fixed.

Now, here comes the convoluted mathematics of Actuarial Science and risk - The insurance company makes a determination as to whether it makes sense to repair the car or "total" it, after either visiting the damaged car or getting a comprehensive pictorial report of the damage and cost to repair (usually withing 24 hours). Example - you drive a 2010 Mercedes G500 and the collision report states that you need a new rear door and rear fender at a cost of $7000. The Mercedes is valued at $60,000 at the time - thats a fixer. On the other hand, you drive a 2004 Toyota Camry, and the collision report states that you require $3000 in repairs, where you car is valued at $5000 - thats a salvage.

Where a salvage determination is made, the insurance company pays you for the car, and the salvage becomes theirs. They then sell the totalled vehicle at an insurance auction. Usually a gentleman named Chinedu, Okoronkwo, Ehigie or Ola is in attendance, buys that vehicle for say $500, spends $800 fixing it up with used, broken parts and sends it to unsuspecting Africans.

Conclusion -
Its not necessarily a factor of bad drivers, it is an organized system of risk management and risk transfer.

As I mentioned in the original post, she runs a retail business in Lagos and the inventory is mostly house hold items, including furniture etc. All sourced from the USA and Europe.
