I just used the new link now. If it doesn't show test Successfully taken. Then you have to retake it.

Cos when it shows successfully taken. You will see option to go back to dashboard and it will show test taken

I had been trying since morning and it was saying try again later till this night around 10:50 pm. I used the link that came with the email reminder and I used Google chrome. I think it has to show that it has submitted successfully before it will show test taken on the main dashboard.

did you received "your dashboard will be enabled soon" notification?

yes you can with your mobile, try and use chrome and change your browser settings to desktop
