misunderstood in what way? I understood your opinion, no need to apologize like I am turning down your opinion. My point is, there are levels of runs which is dependent on the persons involved. but there is every certainty that she will a get a course. An opinion we both share.

whichever you use doesn't really count. no clearance officer will leave very important documents to check for an insignificant issue like P.O ADDRESS or whatever. try won't even read the letter.

Bro, 52 is just too low..U need to know tht just as we all have our various cut off marks, guy coming via connection also have their own special cut off marks which is usually two - three marks below the one for Benin(catchment). it could be four at times... all I am sayin is that admission process via connection is not just done any how..not that I am restricting the power of connection o but these things have basics..Some prof would collext ur money only to find out that ur score isn't enough.. then they will tell u " I am sorry.. tried my best but to no avail". u cant collect your money back..

I concur with the transparency of your thoughts. The bottom line is, she will be at get a course if not the So-much-adored medicine. her second choice is Chemistry. perhaps they can slot her there.

Advice ur frnd to take anoda JAMB Exam nxt year. Cos UNIBEN will eventually fish her out be it in 300lvl or 500lvl, and Med is a very delicate course, they keep looking 4 ways to reduce the studnts, Pukka36 cn testify, she'll prove a very easy prey. UNIBEN lyks giving late deaths, happend to a family frnd when she was clearing for graduation, she had to do anoda round of runz again, heavy fees. She's most lykly nt going to get Med with 52% this year tho, no matter d runz. Ppl with 60%+ av a far better chance.

You seem so sure beyond every scintilla of doubt. If she was the V.C's daughter, will you say she wouldn't get med with such spineless score? her uncle mans a top office in Uniben, so she intends using that grace as a leeway. what I can say is, she may not get medicine, but getting a course is an undebatable certainty.

Uniben don't give people admission, people work for it. I feel uncomfortable when people say "Uniben gave me admission". didn't you spend nights reading voraciously for the exam? Didn't you pay up to #4,000 for the exam? didn't you spend money travelling from your residence to Benin? .

It was a competition which people won. don't undermine your efforts by saying that so casually.

You surely need an affidavit. Your names are conflicting everywhere. Just do an affidavit of your initials, middle and surname and show as proof to your clearance officers. They will pardon and clear you. Some might not even worry you on the names while others will make sure you run up and down.

exactly! one should pray for A doting clearance officer. some of them don't have a heart while some will smile with you and calm your fidgety nerves.

please, the names are conflicting. get an affidavit ASAP. I have heard tales of woe from people who went through hades to be cleared. sensitive issues like names and date of birth are not taken likely by Uniben. cheers!

Bro, like a certain guy said on this thread, "Underground runs" are going on and it's true. A friend of mine who got 52% has travelled to Benin for some shady admission runs. I asked her how she intended to Tie such knots, she said she travelled with her Uncle. she wants Medicine.

Bright too is good. I can't speak ill of any of them. it takes a lot to teach at a high level like they do, I am in the circle, so I know the crinkum-crankum involved.

I don hide my head o with these your hailing. Holiday solved all the questions in a physics textbook from cover to cover. there is also a guy called "ELECTROPOSITIVE" in mirror of success. Another scholar of celestial acme.

It will. Lecturers won't reduce the stakes when lecturing. especially in Physics and chemistry. they will assume one should be above par in some basic aspects and as such won't touch some areas, not knowing that some of these freshers finished high school years ago and might not be abreast with some formulas and topics due to their rusty Brain. Lecturers don't care if you understand or not. how do you expect a sluggish learner to come to grasps with elephantine and elaborate formulas in a hall where over 500 students are sitted ? tutorials will polish you and tighten your loose ends, you can ask any questions via-à-vis the topic taught and get satisfactory answer spiced with humour. lol. There is a guy called HALIDAY in boiling point tutorial, a graduate from Uniben too. this guy is a mogul! an intellectual colossus in physics. he will explain to the roots. there is another one called Esquire, Another Chemistry Prof. very sound. for GST courses, there is man called Pastor P, He will integrate you with the fundamentals of philosophy for 100level. there another guy called OLD SCHOOL, he teaches GST111 (use of English) I learnt he graduated with a first class in Linguistics. these guys are making cool cash from freshers, But you will need them to help you get your rhythm in 100level.

eyahh.. i no be prof o abeg.. CHM111 is ordinary or inorganic chemistry. The other one, CHM113 is organic chemistry. Info is far. well, maybe when we meet during clearance, I will give you some.I can't read all alone, to that will be selfish of me.

The scope and diction is too high for an average undergraduate. But as a lover of words and depth, I like it so much. It makes me think and sharpens my mind for Sleeveless Insight into the cores of sound logic. Immanuel Cant, , Beckely, Aristotle.. these guys are doyens. I like it. when we resume, pastor P will make à simplified (often lacking depth) handout for freshers. I Prefer the main textbook.
