For me the most I do is use the internet on my phone, I don't play games just IG,Facebook,Hangouts,Whatsapp and web. Is that heavy usage?

it can go 8-10 hours on that usage.. i use the 16gb variant tho

If you're a heavy user, it's not for you o.... I use it as a second phone.
I like how well I can use it with one hand. Fits perfectly well and with the right gcam, I take good pictures as well. Easy to carry around too.

is this a screenshot or a shot taken from another phone? If it's a screenshot, then I don't think it's a hardware issue (means even if you change your screen it will still be there)...

Helio x20 vs Helio g80 = Helio g80...."x20 in any phone i know for now is not on the same league with g80 in terms of performance(not only on performance sef).... G80 whoops it hands downs... Even G70 best that old Deca-core processor

You just can't compare Exynos chipset with anything Xiaomi have to offer.
Redmi seems to be slightly better in terms of battery but every other thing goes to Samsung.

Consider Samsung Galaxy a51.

As of Huawei, I do think you should look elsewhere for now, till they settle their issues with Google.

Redmi note 8 pro beats that Samsung a51 almost in every manner except from screen type and it's still cheaper than it... I don't know what you where expecting while using your note 8 pro... But if that phone didn't grant you your wishes just go and buy iPhone and keep quiet
