Nigerian media and sensational headlines are like 5&6, they can't do without click bait. The only thing (as stated in the article) scaring investors away was the payment structure and over inflated rent. Building of this magnitude should be prized per square metre rather than outright pricing that could possibly discourage prospectful investor/tenant. I'll drop a positive review on Dave Umahi, he's always on site making sure contractors are on their toe. Lia mohammad that knows he was selling an unrepentant dictator and incompetent in-chief didn't slag as our current minister of information; he was always on Tv and columns of papers defending, white-washing Buhari's recklessness. Strong evidence. From holding the body for three weeks, denying him visit to the scene, providing distorted pictures/video and now coming back with a manipulated result that has some vital information wrongly attributed or outrightly missing.
