If an applicant tracked his/her app n reads "your processed passport has been dispatched".this msg comes after medical call n medical passed.Can u say something.Thanks

What is the final status of approval for paper route?
Can it be "your processed passport has been dispatched from Canada Visa Office,Accra on the 10th of August,2015".
A medical mail was sent and medical was passed.
