The International Air Transport Association, IATA, has praised Air Peace for maintaining global safety standards in its operations.

Dr. Samson Fatokun, Area Manager, West and Central Africa, IATA, made the disclosure while presenting sixth International Air Transport Association Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Certification to Air Peace Limited in Lagos, recently.

According to Dr. Fatokun, “The standards that are given are the same as the British Airways, KLM, Delta. They are all assessed the same way. Findings done here is the same over there as well, that makes you stand at par with other airlines in the world when it comes to safety”.

The IATA helmsman lauded Air Peace for passing through the rigorous audit process which is a clear demonstration of process managers’ exceptional expertise and dedication. “When you’re an airline in the first world, people expect you to do things and work but when you come from Africa, they expect you to do more, but when you come from Nigeria, the expectations are immense”.

He commended Air Peace for being the pride of Nigeria while noting the airline’s remarkable achievements in just a decade of its operations, insisting that it is not a mere fluke. “Air Peace’s presence on the IOSA registry is a testament to its unwavering dedication to safety, operational excellence, and professionalism. This milestone is not just a victory for the airline but a pride for Nigeria. It highlights that local carriers can operate at the highest international safety levels.”

The IATA chief whose organisation represents some 340 airlines over 80% of global traffic and support many areas of aviation activity and help formulate industry policy on critical aviation issue explained that safety is the number one priority. “The measurement of that safety is not only in not having accidents, but in the process that have been certified to working safely with processes, following standard recognized practices that have been certified by external auditors that cannot be corrupted, and are globally recognized”.

Are you Igbo? You should know this already, unless you are one the obidiooots eyeing to foolishly repeat another round of PVC idiocy in 2027. Supporting a people that are sitting on top of your trillions worth of oil and gas money with threats just for the peanuts you will get from them. Is that not imbecility?

Before George Obiozor became it's leader just as others, the fulanis wrote a memo in his support and he finally came out top. It's not a secret that these ejioots just like the SE governors are fulani errand boys.

No sane Igbo regards these imbeciles. Fools also grow old. That's why all of them, including the governors are against Biafra and always issue ramsome on the heads of MNK and Simon Ekpa. Biafra will sweep off all of these criminals.

Politics / Re: Kennedy Agyapong: Npp’s 2028 “messiah” Or Victim Of Political Manipulation? by Rayzoom: 9:26pm On Dec 28, 2024
Augustinedidia:
As the New Patriotic Party (NPP) strategizes for a comeback following its 2024 defeat to the National Democratic Congress (NDC), internal debates over the party’s 2028 presidential candidate have reached a boiling point. In a surprising twist, the Central Region boss of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) has thrown his weight behind Kennedy Agyapong, declaring him the party’s “Messiah” and warning against any attempts to sideline him.
‎A Bold Endorsement for Kennedy Agyapong

‎The NADMO boss, in an exclusive interview, passionately endorsed Kennedy Agyapong, highlighting his years of commitment to the party since 1992. According to him, Agyapong has been a pillar of support for the NPP, often using his resources to assist struggling members within the party. He contrasted this with other members who allegedly misuse party contracts for personal gain.

‎“What I’m saying is that you need to work hard as an NPP member in order to lead this party. Kennedy Agyapong has really worked hard for the NPP,” the NADMO boss remarked.

Does it mean that the president elect, Mr John Kuffor has only one tenure to rule? Meanwhile national politics is not a game of sympathy, I don't think Mr Kennedy Agyapong has the political influence enough to win Ghana presidency except the part want to lose 2028 presidential election.

Dangote will never forgive Tinubulation for his misfortune, it's so disheartening how he lost about 3.8 billion dollars in a year including Adenuga who also lost about 3.2 billion dollars, now Adenuga is worth 3 billion dollar, Nigeria has happen to them.

Johann Rupert, a South African business mogul, has clinched the coveted spot of Africa’s wealthiest person, displacing Aliko Dangote, Nigeria’s business tycoon.

This was disclosed by Forbes Real-Time Billionaires, a ranking platform which tracks daily changes to the net worth of the most high-net-worth individuals across the globe.

According to the real-time data, Dangote, the founder of the Dangote Group conglomerate, moved down to second position after his wealth decreased from $13.5 billion in 2023 to $9.7 billion as at January 4, 2024 — indicating a $3.8 billion loss.

Similarly, Rupert’s net worth decreased from $10.7 billion in 2023 to $10 billion in the same period in 2024.

Oga, some of those are kins of enuani. The igalas in Anambra are no longer igalas because they are now in SE abi?
I won't say yes or no since am aware that most communities in southeast and Anioma migrated from each other, but the point am making is that we have those culture and traditions like eben and ada including Akwa ocha and ododo without linking it to Bini. Yes igalla people in Anambra are igalla because they have a separate couture and traditions with a very distinct language even though they speak Igbo, that's the case of Olukumi people of Anioma.

By the way, are you from Anioma Kingdom?
There's nothing like Anioma kingdom, use the right word like Anioma area, Anioma region (of Delta state) etc and not kingdom. Meanwhile I didn't insult you or anyone else, thank you.

The questipn for you is why copy bini and not core igbo? Why is there an iyase title amongst ani-oma igbo and same is not seen in core ala-igbo. Why obi and not eze or igwe as seen amongst igbos?
Haven't you heard of Obi of Nnewi? Obi of Ozubulu, my community is so large that we have up to 30 quarters and each of them have their own Obi who reports to the overall king, you need to travel to the so called core Igbo to get first-hand information and not on assumption.

This is another so called core Igbo Akwa ocha, now not my community, this is another community called Nimo, so stop saying what you're not sure of.

Oga say what you know, who is core Igbo? Why do you call the white cloth akwa ocha? Why not call it whatever name Bini calls it? Can I shock you, my own community in Anambra uses Akwa ocha for our cultural regalia, and most communities in Anambra uses Akwa ocha during their cultural activities, except Anambra is not part of the core Igbo you mentioned. My king also use ebe but wear either white or red regalia with bids but has never claim bini or anything close to that.

If you are not frustrated, you will drop your comments without being a silly fellow. See how you are insulting.

You have the floor now, as a Son of Anioma, tell us the history.

Educate people about your culture and don't be silly.

Ezi
You have to show some maturity when responding to people you've not met before, you insulted him first and still maintaining the tempo. To start with, Anioma is not a kingdom like you stated earlier, Anioma is a political creation which was formed by merging initial letters of Delta north local government which every educated person of Anioma extraction can tell the history which is not more than five decades ago. Every Anioma community does not have or believe this Bini stuff, so making the Bini connection a general thing for all Anioma communities may not sit well with all concerned.

How do you mean?
Should I be adding Abagana, Awka and Nnewi to Onitsha? 0

I even added Atani to Onitsha, it's still debatable because Atani is a standalone town in Ogbaru local government
Why Atani? Atani is a typical agricultural village that doesn't have up to 150k villagers living in it, you didn't add Ogbunike that is already urbanized with industries and large markets which is in close proximity to Onitsha you're talking about a village 15 times the distance between Ogbunike and Onitsha, what about Oba? Nkere Ezunaka, Odekpe, Nkpor, Obosi, Ogidi, Idemili and so on. All these places have developed together that it's only indigenous people of that area or people born in Onitsha can tell their boundaries.
