I can understand Christian naming with biblical characters and early Christian apostles and saints like Moses Daniel Isaiah Peter Paul Anthony Benedict Francis, but just embracing any funky western name that has become the fad is a definite no.

This rubbish trend is even more common with Nigerians with intertribal marriage, making the irrelevant and meaningless foreign name appear like a compromise between the parents who could not agree on which tribal name should be the first name.

After Aragon, one would have thought he would name the others Oshogbo, Ile-Ife and Nnewi.

The same people who would not name their child Sango or Ogun, would feel they are refined by naming their child Thor.

Finally got my Xiaomi note 5 pro yesterday, after all d wait chai. Aliexpress show me small. First ordered for note 5 plus around january ending, that one lost for water, got a refund around march ending; then ordered for note 5 pro during the aliexpress anniversary in march, then Fantacy store talk say make we wait till april ending; the phone was shipped on 28th of april, then the fear of phone entering water started again, as na singapore post, but last last, got a text yesterday from my PO.

The phone is worth all d stress and wait thou, very sleek, premium feel, smooth in operation, and very fast. The battery life is very ok, and i've been able to play modern combat 5, and asphalt 8 flawlessly on it, without any lag or comma.

My verdict;

Its a great phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


NB:: Those using it already, abeg link to correct 5D glass and pouch, i'm thinking of mofi, but their stuff are very very expensive fa.

The world of tech is vast and beautiful, it requires everyday knowledge, this is not a political section, don't try to shhh someone when he is trying to make a point.

And also Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 4 Cores, cant play gameloft GT-RACING flawlessly without a little lag, I am making my points based on system requirements of these games.

I am not saying Qualcomm Snapdragon is a bad chip, but each time I use it, I tend to see the same flaws.

Bros all this chipset u just mentioned are used in low budget phones... And what do u mean by each time you use it? Do mean any time u use A device running on Snapdragon 835 all see is flaws? Bros I will say it again, you just dey talk because everybody dey talk.

Snapdragon chips have their flaws, So as MediaTek chips.

I tend to prefer MediaTek chips to Snapdragon chips cos time and time again I see the same flaws in snapdragon chip that I have always seen over the years.

Still can't believe some Snapdragon chip can't play Dream league soccer flawlessly.
Example is the qualcomm snapdragon 210/212 4 Cores.
and the heat issues.

Even Temple Run 2 on Ultra graphic settings is heavier than Dream League and Snapdragon 425, the least of the current snapdragon chipsets will play dem both very well.

So good people my redmi 5 plus 4gb/64gb has arrived and to be honest I no too gbadun the phone because it's slimmer than I expected with the 18:9 aspect ratio.
