When I was 8 weeks, I had serious cough and catarrh, the clinic gave me amoxil, septrine and pcm but on the second night of taking the drugs I could n't sleep my tummy was turning so much and menstrural like clamps. So I abandoned the drugs and bought pure undiluted honey, and ginger.

Blend a little ginger and boil in a glass of water. Pour your water in a cup and add 2 tablespoons of honey in the hot/warm ginger water and drink.

I did it twice a day morning and night . the symptoms stopped after 2 days.

Hope it works for you.

I was given Amoxil and PCM too but it's not working. Thanks so much mama. I'll try it out now. My baby is not even getting the memo that I'm very sick. He's punching and kicking me everywhere.

Good morning mama's. I've not slept since yesterday cos I have serious cough and catarrh. I did a test in the hospital and I tested positive to malaria. I've been shivering and running temperature since yesterday morning. I react badly to chloroquine so I was give fansidar (3 stats), paracetamol and Amoxil. Whenever I cough I feel sharp lower abdominal pain coupled with body ache.

Please, asides fresh orange juice what home remedy can I use for this cough. A friend suggested palmoil and sugar.

Hello mama's in the house. Please, is it normal for one's aerola (hope I got d spelling ) to be dark, peppery and peeling during pregnancy? I've been having nipple pain, peeling and peppery aerola. I also observed those things that look like pimple, around the aerola has Increased in number+ it's painful too and there are days it'll disappear. I showed it to my friend who is a nurse and she told me its milk duct and I shouldn't be worried. I'm so scared and worried coz its still peeling and pepperry.

I'm going to the hospital tomorrow tho but I'm so scared. God help me.

My own vigilante started since last month. I'm used to not sleeping at night now so when he finally arrives, I won't even feel it. It's seriously affecting me cos I have puffy eyes now. When I lie on my left he kicks and kicks. Right Nko? Another set of punches and kicks. I observed something tho, I was told baby is on the right side but I feel his kicks on the left, middle and right side of d belly. Pls, is this normal? Can one baby be kicking both left, middle and right?

Just like the previous reply, progesterone is what is needed mostly at this point. Fruits, vegetables. I read that vitamin D is very good for implantation.
Other things; pineapple core from now till 3-4 days, keeping warm and less stress but not strictly bed rest.
