not a problem. let him be rude so far he doesn't become violent to you. you are paying for service and you need go know everything especially as a FTM. my own dr is female and has very strong face. now when she sees me she will weak cos I will just be asking upandan and the first time she was forming I cannot answer in the name of busy, I walked out and reported her to her superiors. especially since you are a VIP patient. next time hold list of questions for him so that he knows you mean business

Pele mama, sleeping on the left side is best advised in pregnancy however, it can really be tiring sleeping on one side.I think your baby is well shielded so you can alternate
As for what the Dr used on your tommy i don't really know the medical name but its used to check fetal heartbeat. And its not supposed to be painful na just discomfort, maybe the Dr applied too much pressure on your bump

Hello mama's. According to scan my baby is on the right. I sleep on both right and left side, my left side is paining me seriously now due to d fact that I lie on it more. Hope sleeping on the right side won't affect my baby.

During my last ANC, the doctor was just chooking my baby and I with one iron like that, it has two holes (ontop and underneath). The Dr put the thing on my tummy, (very painful ehn) then he'll place his ear on it. I couldn't ask him questions cos he wasnt smiling. Who has an Idea of what it is please? What's it used for too? Thanks.

Part 1
Am so grateful to God for d miraculous conception despite all odd d doctor's report concerning me were high prolactin, pelvic adhesion, narrow cervix and fibroid outside d uterus. I treated d treatable and left rest to God and I got pregnant when I least expected. The pregnancy was smooth with little ms till the 11th week when I was in pain and I went to d hospital n was admitted during d cause of treatment I did scan and fibroid was seen at the left and my baby at d right I was scared but docs assured me that it's not a big deal. Towards the end of 2nd trimester I started feeling some thing hard below my Tommy with discomfort on and off especially at night at first I thought it was the baby's head but during my antenatal I was told it is d fibroid.
On my 38 weeks appt I was told that my baby's head is past d fibroid n I shld be able to deliver d baby myself but d fibroid might cause bleeding or prevent contraction and it may lead to emergency CS.
I waited for labor to start but no sign till my due date on d 40+3 days during my antenatal d doc wanted to swap my membrane but I was scared n I refused I was told to come in 3 days to be induced. I spoke with a doctor friend who told me I can still wait for labor to till my 41 weeks plus so I waited.

I'm so happy for you mama. This is the story of my life right now. My baby is on the right and Mr BIG fibroid on the left (outside d uterus). How did you manage the fibroid with your pregnancy mama? Thanks for sharing this BS, i'm encouraged.

Thank you all for all the best wishes , thank you very much, you all are the real MVP’s , I’m healing very well from the C section pains I didn’t know the pains were these excruciating .
I hope I can gather strength to climb up the stairs to see my omo sa ere waye tomorrow by Gods grace, because she over quick run come , nobody expected her this early ,
just be prepared for anything at all , please no matter the private hospital you’re registered in have a government hospital backup plan it’s very very very very important, I used to be a fan of private hospitals like lagoon , feetal clinic and the likes , when the matter hold me only general hospital could help a sister like me because they’re the only ones with enough hands trust me the stress will be worth it in the end regardless of the discomfort .
My baby came just when I was packed to fly abroad .
Always monitor your blood pressure , the stupid hospital I kept using was telling me blood pressure was under check until the thing struck like lightening and almost cost me my precious life . Please be very very vigilant of the situation, God bless us all and may we all reap the fruits of our labour

Have you heard about NHIS? I was introduced to it when I registered in a public hospital and was told to pay 5100k and I was told my delivery will be free, drugs and things I'll need for delivery. how true is this should I just get my things ready

I heard stories about the scheme recently o, seems they are having issues. My hospital have started accepting Payment from those on the Nhis plan.
