The ratio of formulae to water is 1:30. That is 1 scoop to 30mls of water. So for 3 scoops it wld be 90mls not 105. Its better u remove the .5, as u won't be able to get that exactly. I ll suggest u start wt 60 or 90 mls, then gradually increase as ur baby gets used to d milk, so u don't waste milk. well done mama.

You only follow instructions on how to make it not on the quantity to make. It's a new food; he May not accept it well; you end up wasting it. You can make 90ml or any quantity you wish to start off with, then increase as baby wants

Good morning mama's, my baby has been on ebf for 5months 2weeks but noticed she is not getting enough tho she currently weighs 6.9kg. I have introduced formula, my question is...for 6months 7 scoops to 210ml is required .can I do 3.5scoops for 105ml? Or 4scoops to 120ml (this is for a 3-4months old as seen on the can). Please help.

Looks like dry skin to me. I think you should just moisturise more with Shea butter or any good baby moisture lotion even cussona should do! I hear sudo cream is a diaper /butt cream please be sure of its exact use before applying to other parts of baby's body

I noticed this on my dd back, I applied sudocream. We use Shea butter as cream but haven't been able to cream that back in a while as she is always crying while dressing her up.

Please what else can i use. Will try see a Paed tomorrow

I think you should check Medplus and Healthplus because they usually have it. Or go to the Natural Hair care sites (Google African Naturalists, she sells Fenugreek powder and should be able to ship to PH)

Anything up to a week is considered normal. If this is her usual routine, then it may just be the norm for her.

If she is exclusively breastfed, it should not be an issue, if she is on formular, keep an eye on it to make sure constipation is not adding to it. If it is, small sips of cooled boiled water and tummy massages may help.

Good morning All,I am a first time mum too. I noticed that my baby girl first day in creche she slept for hours when we got home she was so weak. I was mad &ready to tear everyone into pieces. My husband calmed me and sent a warning to the creche. The second day, same thing was noticed (probably they gave her so much the previous day) and by then I made up my mind I was leaving but owner begged asked us to watch her till weekend that it could have been the changed environment or their activities that knocked her off.

The 3rd day, things returnedto normal & she has been good since. They are neat with milk handling so my baby didn't purge & I spend time with her beforeleaving and I ask them numerous questions to know what they do. I didn't trust my maid enough with the baby because of her non chalant attitude hence the creche.
May God help us.

A week or so after Cs I was chasing dh up n down for intimacy & he said NO.
6weeks after...I couldn't even bear the pain. I would give one excuse or the other most especially family planning. Off to hospital I got an implant. Probably once in 2weeks after much pity on dh.

Libido was quite low compared to dh's own before I took in. Thanks to cerclage I had a perfect excuse to slip off dh's 'grip'.
But I am hoping it'l improve.

I went to my main hospital today around 9 o'clock with my dh (today wey im gree go) I waited for this doctor till 1 o'clock no show I started imagining what if it was an emergency? there where alot of complaint from people sitting around me waiting, na so I borrow sense commot from there.so I would like to try FIRST RIVERS HOSPITAL tomorrow.abeg who know about them?

There Is queue @First rivers too but you can go early n doctors re punctual. You can also havepersonal relationship with the gyns they 're good esp Dr Ken & Dr Rufus{My opinion}

The only hospital I didn't have to queue is Premier specialist hospital in ogalade v.I. But they do not have hospital here in ph but that is where I use when am in lag.

I was thinking deeply about all that happened during the birth of my very first fruit of the womb and I became emotional. Suddenly, I remembered today is 4th of March, she would have clocked 6 today if she didn't pass on just 26 hours after birth due to meconium aspiration and other complications. You fought hard to live but GOd knows best. Boluwatife, continue to rest in the bossom of the Almighty till we meet to part no more. mummy loves you so much and you shall forever be in my heart my princess...
