1 Be honest but never overshare your personal secrets, personal matters and plans with anyone, and learn to set boundaries
2 Don't let your situations define you but instead you can improve and work on yourself, change your way you see things and perspectives and put God first and things will fall into place
3 Don't follow the (crowd) majority as they don't know what they're doing and don't copy others because you see others doing it

TEAM NIGERIA IN OREGON PRAISED THE FG FOR ITS FULL SUPPORT FOR THE TEAM, AND EVEN THE AWARD OF A BONUS OF ONE MILLION DOLLARS SHARED AMONG THE WHOLE TEAM, WITH AMUSAN RECEIVING 20,000 DOLLARS CASH.

IT'S A FAR CRY FROM THE USUAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT UNPAID ALLOWANCES, GOVT NEGLECT ETC, AND IT HAS SHOWN IN THE GREAT MEDALS HAUL IN OREGON AND NOW IN BIRMINGHAM.

WE MUST ALSO COMMEND THE FG FOR THE SUPPORT IT GAVE TEAM NIGERIA AT BOTH THE WORLD ATHLETICS CHAMPIONSHIPS IN OREGON, USA, AND THE COMMONWEALTH GAMES.

THEY MADE SURE ALL MONIES WERE PAID PLUS ALL ALLOWANCES ETC, PLUS FULL GOVT SUPPORT WITH TRAINING FACILITIES ETC, UNLIKE PREVIOUS GOVTS.
