NIS are done with d list compilation since on 14th of Aug. and dey wanted making it available to d public in d same month ending but something comeup which slow d process. To make it short pls mark me "list is coming out Nov. while online screening will commence early Dec. dos dat make it to d list will be at d training camp on the 7th of January 2018.

Be calm. If u are applying for d first tym pls b positive. Get ready to accept success or failure in this recruitment. In this recent NAF Dssc final list. Some names didn't appear in the one week interview held in Jos but they made the final list. Let's pray as connection and corruption are at their highest order

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has conducted the 2017 annual physical fitness test for its personnel in a bid to assess their fitness levels in undertaking various assigned military duties. The exercise took place in all NAF units across the country from 21-25 August 2017, in line with the directives of the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar. In addition to improving the overall physical fitness of personnel, the exercise was also designed to enhance their mental alertness for improved service delivery. To meet these goals, personnel were examined in various physical activities including 2.5km jog/5km walk, cardiovascular endurance as well as tests of flexibility (seat and reach) and muscular strength. Everybody should be grateful to God for what he has done. It is not your destiny or time if you have lost it. Don't cry nor put sadness in your mind for not making it. Don't complain because it is Nigeria and expect more of this heartbreak. But one day, you will live to jubilate the goodness of God. Of a truth, there is no fairness in the recruitment. They shortlisted many for interview and they are just after 5 candidates. They interviewed some people last Saturday and place them on research and development. (4.....…9..... that is 13). If effort and prayers can guarantee this work. we would have made it but God gave through an addendum effort of godfathers. I sympathise with my brethren from South for your transport fare, risk of life and experiencing cool weather in Jo's but all in vain. There is more to life than this. Wish us success in all ramifications.

Always stay warm, wear warm clothes and stay off cold drinks, the weather is cool enough now.

The only time cold water and drinks won't affect is is in the dry season.

Always air out your room in the day time by opening the windows then close ur windows at night and pls, don't use fan or AC.

Despite closing our windows at night, we still cover our selves and still get cold.


You already know ur trigger, just stay off it.

As for the cold, make sure you get influenza and pneumonia immunizations yearly. It helps a great deal.

Good morning Nairalanders. Please I need an advice on how to cure my asthma. I am about 30 years but I grew up in the northern Nigeria. I have asthma but it is not chronic. I can jug/run for less than 15 minutes to cover 3km. I can do many things. I can do many things even in smokes, dusts, exercise without problem. My main problem is excessive cold. Sometimes, if I take cold drink. I will receive the attack. In a nutshell, I am allergic to excess cool weather or cold drinks. I don't want to be addicted to asthma drugs. I prefer once in a while. especially once I notice the sign. I spent more than 2 months without taking drugs. Please I really need medical help and any positive contribution. Thank you in anticipation.

Another source : From one of our colleagues ( Applicant) that resides in New Air Force Base Bauchi. They want more special forces and they are rounding up their interview tomorrow. He told me by next week it will be published. And they will pick more numbers.

I am not fabricating things but everyone should know that even if the CAS has signed the list of successful candidates, they will only publish it according to how it suit their program .

Let's be optimistic and trust God for success. I have only God in this recruitment but believe you me, most of us will soon smile.
