Hey Nairalanders, read this and make a decision on Peachgrove Estate, Ofada.

About fiften years ago, my uncle and his friend wanted to buy landed property for investment purpose. They were offered Lekki, but my uncle declined on the basis that it was too FAR and NOT DEVELOPED. My uncle's friend however bought several acres of land at Lekki.
Fifteen years later, Lekki is an highbrow area in Lagos State and my uncle wants to buy a land there for deveopment purpose. His friend is willing to sell the land he bought fifteen years ago at a meagre amount for N30million!
Dont let this happen to u, AS LEKKI WAS 15 YEARS AGO,SO IS OFADA NOW!
Invest in Ofada,
Buy a home in Peachgrove Estate.
Never say its too far!
