But I don't know why someone would hide the location but reveal the service.

E.g I only register from 45 locations because their population is 300k plus. And when I searched this cities + some hot service/keywords, I'll end up seeing like only 5 or less cities are available. If I reveal the service people would go and finish the rest even cities with 50k population would be gone.

So why others don't want to reveal the domain name is because when they reveal the service or keyword people would rush and register all the remaining cities that are available

I read on Gmass blog that u can link your Gmass Google account with an smtp server to avoid Google limit. ask Hunter support if you can do the same and if it's your username end-users will see when you send messages via the smtp server instead of that of the server

Guys how do you effectively manage your domains outbounds/follow ups especially if you use to register plenty names within short time.

I use hunter to send campaign and also schedule the follow ups. E.g when am sending the campaign I'll schedule the first follow up to be delivered after 6 days while the last follow up after 4 days. But my problem is some of the follow ups would clash and it would end up sending plenty emails same day and within a short time.

Just yesterday one of my gmail account was disabled probably because too many emails was sent from it.

I planned on adding like 8 emails to hunter so that I can use them to send campaign, but I noticed that the name attached to the email would be that of hunter but not of the email address. So it would have something like from johnTed@gmail while the sender name would be Samuel Lan wouldn't this look so unprofessional?

Google just put thee fear of God into me by temporarily disabling my main account. Pls wheres the post about custom mail.

Don't outbound with your main account think of the process you'll go through to change all your domain emails.

I use my main email account to only register names.

One of my account was disabled this evening, but they have opened it back after I follow it up.

There are 4 types of geo domains in expireddomians .net

1. Those who's owners have run out of business and they let it expire.

2. Those registered by domainer but they let it expire because they priced it very expensive like the once I usually see in afternic like $8k $5k $3k

3. Those held for only a year by domainers but it wasn't sold due to poor outbound.

4. Those that domainers let it expire because dispute the aggressive outbound no buyers was interested even at a very low price.

If you happen to register the last one it would be very hard to sell.

This is the problem with expired Geo domains.

Probably the first owner had even outbound less than a month back

Guys a piece of advice.

If you sell domain in epik, just leave some funds in your masterbuck account. This way you can buy domains without facing the exorbitant bank exchange rates.

Or

Use PayPal to receive payment, then use the rest for domain purchase on registrars that accept PayPal.

I always leave some cash in my masterbuck account but I mistakenly bought a domain using my card that was saved on epik. I forgot to change it to masterbuck.

What we do is simple, we don't buy domain if the end user isn't plenty except for some that we see great potential in.

Serious I always put this into consideration.

But yellow pages and yelp tend to be very misleading. When I check I'll see plenty end users to contact but I enter their website I'll see that they offer the service to an entirely different location.

E.g yellow page would show the address El Paso,Texas but if you enter the site you'll see that they offer the service in Dallas, Texas.

What if an end user offer the service in 3,4,5+ location do you still contact them?

Or companies that have numerous location they are serving both within and outside a state?

Me, I might get 30-40 end users, but hunter might be able to provide 30-20 emails and that's all that I'll contact.

I check google, yellow pages, duckduckgo and yelp and most times they are repetition of each other.
