GOD is constantly testing us 8 ways GOD constantly tests us: Man's life is a sum total of the outcomes of the various "constant" tests of God. God is testing you. God's tests are manufactured out of his intent to keep us committed to doing his will and keeping the dictates of his words and commandments to the letter by his grace, not by our own efforts or self righteousness. Whether you're aware or not, prepared or not, conscious or not, pleased about it or not, you're constantly being tested by GOD. King Solomon's final submission in the last chapter and last verse of the book of Ecclesiastes is enough to tell us why a Man's life is full of the outcomes of being "constantly" tested by GOD. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (ESV) "When all has been heard, the conclusion of the matter is this: FEAR GOD and keep his commandments for this is for all humanity (this is man's entire duty) for GOD will bring every acts (of man) to judgement, including every hidden thing, whether good or evil." - You can also check out the KJV, NIV, NLT and AMP versions of this same bible verse. The more conscious and aware that you're being tested "constantly" by GOD, the more likely you are to emerge successful and happy at the other end of the tests. Each test has a starting point and an end point, and at the end point of one test, another test starts immediately. In fact throughout a Man's life on earth, his intentions, acts, deeds and activities are being watched, monitored and evaluated by GOD. Bible history is full of examples of Men and Women who were tested by GOD and they either stood firm and passed the test or they drifted away and ended up failing. Whether they passed the tests of God or not, the reason why their stories were meticulously written down in the scrolls of history is for us who are members of the present generations to take heed and do the right things at all times to avoid failure. Here are a few examples of those who stood firm and passed their tests; Abraham, Job, Noah, Enoch, Joseph, King David, Prophet Jeremiah, Prophetess Deborah etc A few examples of those who failed due to one little drifting or derailment or the other are Samson, King Saul, Judah, Prophet Balaam etc With that in mind let's look at the few reasons why GOD tests man (constantly). (1.) To check the intentions of Man's relationship with him (Jeremiah 17:10), (2.) To evaluate the quality of a Man's FAITH, if it's high enough to be called FAITH or too poor and little such that it's the opposite of faith, (3.) To determine if you're worthy or not worthy of an overflow of his blessings. God's love is unconditional but his blessings are conditional and God doesn't just spend money like it's nothing on persons who don't love him or appreciate his extravagant and extraordinary generosity. So the criteria for getting blessed abundantly by GOD is to pass his tests. With that in mind, let's look at The 8 distinct types of tests of GOD. The 8 types of tests of GOD: (1.) The test of ABSOLUTE OBEDIENCE: GOD wants us to be obedient to his commands and to his will, that's why he will often test man's level of obedience to his will and to his commandments before he releases blessings. 1 Samuel 15:22 "To obey is better than sacrifices" The reason why Abraham was richly blessed by God was because he absolutely obeyed God when God instructed him to leave his Father's house and venture out to Canaan, where he blessed and established his next generation. The nation of Israel. (2.) The test of RECOGNITION: GOD wants us to be to recognise when he is the one behind a movement, an action, a personality, or a ministry. People who are able to correctly recognise when God is the principal behind a principality, get blessed bountifully for being able to not just recognise but also appreciate that it's him. In 2 Kings 4:9 The Woman who recognised and honoured the Prophet, because she could recognise that God was the one using the Prophet received blessings for doing so, including the blessing of a Son. (3.) The test of ADVERSITY: GOD wants us not to give up on him when we pass through trying times. Righteous people often pass through trying times, persecution, and hardships but God will deliver them. If you give up on God during hardships, you fail the test. Proverbs 24:10 says that those who throw in the towel on God due to hardships fail the test. Job is a standing example of a man who didn't throw in the towel no matter what he went through. Even in the throes of pain he still worshipped God absolutely. Read Job 19:25-26 (4.) The test of DELAY: GOD often tests the depth of our faith in him and love for him through delays. Sometimes he delays our blessings or breakthrough just to know if the giver is more valuable than the gift. Abraham was tested and in the end he got Isaac, David was tested and he ended up on the throne of Israel. God is not slow, what looks like him being slow is actually a test of your faith. 2 Peter 3:9 says "God is not slow about fulfilling his promises. Men count slackness" Why do men count slackness? Because the ways of men are not the ways of God. If you can hold onto your faith like the extra oil of the wise virgins, you will be glad in the end. Read Matthew 24:13, James 1:12, Matthew 25:1-13 (5.) The test of OFFENCE: GOD wants us to forgive those who offend us. No matter what kind of offence it is. Not choosing to forgive our offenders disqualifies us from receiving forgiveness from God for our own sins. Forgiveness makes the forgiver the bigger person. God shows us his size by always forgiving our sins and iniquities. At all times we must pass the test of offence by showing mercy and forgiveness to the ones who offend us. Read Matthew 6:14 (6.) The test of FOCUS/ATTENTION: GOD wants you to keep your gaze fixed on him. When man keeps his gaze fixed on God, he becomes more like God (a god) and exercises dominion here on earth as God does in heaven. Your focus on God will be tested. Are you the type that's easily distracted, try not to be like that if you want to pass God's test of your focus or attention. Elisha passed the test of focus and he received a double portion of the anointing that was upon the Prophet Elijah. Read Hebrews 12:2, 2 Kings 2:9-10 (7.) The test of DESIRE, DEDICATION and COMMITMENT: GOD searches our intentions. He tests our motives and the purpose behind the things we say or do. He wants you to desire to do his will, to desire to obey his word, to be dedicated and committed to everything aligned with his will and his word. Read 1 Samuel 16:17, Jeremiah 17:10 (8.) The test of ABSOLUTE SACRIFICE and SURRENDER to GOD'S WILL: GOD wants you to absolutely surrender yourself to him. To absolutely surrender your will for his will. Your absolute surrender is a sacrifice of self which is what the scriptures call "a living sacrifice" Your level of surrender to his will at the expense of your will will be tested. Those who pass the test will be blessed and will dwell in paradise with Jesus Christ the perfect example of a total surrender of one's personal will for God's will. Epiphanies: Why you need them to become a transformed and excellent person in life: (At each intervals in this message a * represents the features of an epiphany) What is an Ephiphany? An Ephiphany is a unique event or occasion that occurs once in a while or often that brings about a great realisation from which an individual attains enlightenment and thus improves himself or herself to become a more excellent and transformed creature. This transformation will happen if he or she acts in agreement with the realisation that has come as a result of the ephiphany. A person who doesn't act in agreement or in tandem with the realisation or enlightenment that comes as a result of an epiphany will not become transformed due to the disuse of the realisation that comes from the epiphany he or she has experienced. It's through the use or application of the realisation from an epiphany that you can get transformed or metamorphose into a better, more developed and more sophisticated person. An outstanding example of an Epiphany in the scriptures is The Epiphany experienced by Prophet Isaiah. Isaiah 6: 1-7 (NIV): Verse 1 "In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple. 2 Above him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. 3 And they were calling to one another: "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.” 4 At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke. 5 “Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips,and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty.” 6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar. 7 With it he touched my mouth and said, “See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for.” Now many religious folks may call this a vision of some sort but it was an epiphany combined with a theophany and angelophany. *Some epiphanies occur along with theophanies and angelophanies while some ephiphanies happen without them. In the case of Prophet Isaiah, his epiphany occurred after the King died. Prophet Isaiah was a dependent on the late King before his death, he was not just a family member to the King, he was the official royal prophet to the King. Until the King died, certain revelations that could bring about great transformation could not reach Prophet Isaiah. In verse 5 the climax of Prophet Isaiah's epiphany is recorded thus: 5 “Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips,and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty.” This vision didn't occur until after King Uzzaih's death. *Epiphanies often take place along with significant life events. In some cases they happen before them More features of Ephiphanies: *The more epiphanies you have in life, the more developed, transformed and sophisticated you become provided you act in agreement with the information that comes from the epiphany. *Epiphanies come with divine revelations and exposures of secrets *Epiphanies bring information that transform and renew the mind. There are so many examples of Epiphanies in the scriptures. *Epiphanies are either spiritually induced or knowledge induced. The more you read, learn and study, the more epiphanies you'll likely experience in life. Knowledge induced epiphanies are not often accompanied by theophanies or angelophanies. You need many EPIPHANIES to improve, change, develop and transform yourself until you're the best and the most excellent version of yourself ever. Become transformed by the renewal of your mind. GOD is the one that answers all prayers made to any deity (not the deity): It will amaze a lot of you, especially dedicated Christians who believe a lot in praying in the name of Jesus. The truth is, it's not everyone that prays in the name of Jesus. Yet People pray even to other deities and they get answers to their prayers. So some may ask, what is the use of praying in Jesus name, or believing in Jesus? It's only through that name that you can make heaven/paradise. All prayers are answered by GOD. Both prayers made directly to him or those made to other deities. Why? (1.) GOD is a just God, he doesn't carry out injustice in his distribution of blessings. If an idol worshipper prayed to an idol and deserved an affirmative answer to his/her prayers, God will answer that person's prayers irrespective of what deity he/she prayed to. (2.) All good things come from God. James 1:17 says that every good and perfect gift comes from GOD. (3.) GOD is the God of all gods: if you pray to a god or idol and you get an affirmative answer, the answer to your prayer didn't come from that god or idol it came from GOD. I see this principle applied sometimes by some business owners, when they don't have what you want at the moment, they quickly pluck it from another nearby shop. The answer to prayers you're getting from another god, idol or Satan himself comes from GOD. Yes, even the good gifts people get from being Satanists come from GOD. James 1:17 says it all. According to the administrators, the chat podcast capacity is limited and sometimes audience misbehaviour cannot be properly managed. RLGC's publicity secretary said recently in a one on one interview that "we had to often get shut down for weeks like a stadium fined for crowd misbehavior, and then restart again. The 7 Stages of Growth or Development of Dreams or Ideas: What is a Dream? A Dream is an image of the future (your future) and it's not just a mere image, it's an image of something significant and impactful happening through the orchestrations of predestinaton in one's life. Dreams are birthed or created by the stirrings and churnings of your spirit and in built passion. This means; "a dream is an image of something significant and impactful placed within you via predestination by God to fulfil an important purpose here on earth based on the blueprints of the divine calendar." Your dream was not placed inside you by you yourself, it was placed in you by God. That's why dreams create a stirring in the soul which is called passion. Constantly meditating on a dream creates an imagination. It's important to note that dreams are not frivolous images that you can wave aside, every dream has wealth, blessings and the ingridients of fulfulment of other dreams attached to it. As a result of this modern man has found ways to convert dreams into workable goals, missions, visions and ideas. When visions or ideas are written on paper like a plan, it becomes a mission that can be transductively manifested in chronological times from divine time or kairos time. A conspicuous example of dreams manifesting in reality and contributing to the fulfilment of other dreams and important visions are the dreams of Joseph and the dreams of King Pharaoh of Egypt. First when Joseph knew nothing about where he was heading to and the significant heights his dream was leading him to, Joseph had a dream. His brothers assumed the dream was a frivolus affair but years later not only did Joseph's dream save his family from perishing due to starvation, it saved an entire nation and many nations across the world from a global famine. That's how important a dream is. As it's said in the Matrix 4 movie "It's easier to bury reality than it is to get rid of a dream" The consequences of ignoring or waving aside the pertinence of a dream are calamitious and catastrophic, dreams have the keys of preservation of the next generations. So it's important not just to dream, it's important to dream big and run with the vision the dream brings. Thus here are The 7 Stages of a Dream. (1.) The Conception Stage: The word or term "concept" means the appearance of a dream in the mind of a dreamer. Conception is similar to impregnation, where a dream or idea gets into the mind and is incubated in the mind until the dreamer can no longer keep it in. He/She has to do the necessary to bring his/her dream to fruition. At this stage, the dream is only real to the dreamer. It has not yet been disclosed to people around the dreamer. (2.) The Incubation Stage: At this stage when the idea or dream matures within the mind of the dreamer such that he or she can no longer keep it in. At this stage the dreamer feels the necessity to tell a few folks around him about his or her dreams. At this stage, the dreamer will start trying to bring his or her dreams into existence. (3.) The Birthing Stage: This is the stage when the dream or ideas or visions start coming out of the dreamer. At this stage labour is a must, you must work hard to manifest the dream. This is the longest and hardest stage of a dream. It takes a lot of patience and endurance to get through with this stage. (4.) The Nurturing Stage: Work does not stop after the birth of a dream. The dream has to be looked after and nurtured like a young tree. (5.) The Growth Stage: This is the stage where the dream or idea starts to grow in leaps and bounds. While supervision and further nurturing continues. (7.) The Fulfilment Stage: This is the stage when all the full benefits attached to the fruition of the dream comes to pass. (8.) The Legacy Stage: The passing on of the dream or vision to the next generation for continuos fulfilment of the benefits of the dream. 4 Ways Man interacts with GOD and his fellow Men: Man is a splendid and wonderful creature, created and designed by God to be creative in a conscious way. Unlike other animals that are creative but in instinctive ways or manners, man is gifted with the power of self will or deliberate or conscious actions and decision making. Man is however accountable for his actions because only man has been bestowed with the power of free will or self will. Therefore GOD will judge man based on his actions and interactions with 1. GOD, 2. His Fellow Men, and 3. Himself. There are 4 ways Man interacts with GOD and with his fellow men. #1. Those who neither love God nor love Men: One of the parables of Jesus talked about an individual who neither feared God nor respected Man. Read Luke 18:2 Now the fear described here is not the type of fear we know (psychological fear). It's the reverential kind of fear for God and for the presence of God in Man, which requires us to both be responsible and accountable to both God and men. The individual described above neither feels responsible or accountable to God nor to Men. Such kind of Folks are already condemned and destined for eternal damnation. They have a spirit that's always in contention with God. But never will it over power it's creator. #2. Those who love God but hate Men: The Bible calls these group of individuals liars and hypocrites, because it is impossible to claim to love God yet you hate or don't feel responsible or accountable to your fellow humans. Those who claim to love God but hate their fellow humans are only telling lies. GOD sees Man's hate for his fellow beings as a sign of hate for himself. This simply means that if you hate your fellow humans, you hate God. Nothing more, nothing less. Read 1 John 4:20 #3. Those who hate God and love their fellow Men: These are the ones who don't believe in the existence of a creator, they show all the love they can to their fellow beings but they end up missing the ultimate mark. They have good relationship with men but have no relationship with their father in heaven. Read Psalm 14:1 #4. Those who love God and love Men: These are the ones whom God calls "The Righteous" and it is written that they shall partake in the heritage of God's Kingdom. In Matthew 5 it's written and it says those who hunger and thirst for righteousness shall be filled by God the creator himself. My advise and suggestion is that you shouldn't be like 1-3 above but be like the 4th person on the list above. The Man who loves God and loves his fellow Men. Read 1 John 4:7-8 Remain Blessed. There are no extraordinary individuals, the folks whom you call extraordinary are ordinary individuals whom God uses to do extraordinary things. In life we tend to overlook the ordinary while we fix our gaze on the extraordinary ones around us but from my own candid point of view that isn't really wise. I want to correct this notion or mindset that is being induced among the plenty and is the cause of a lot of rural urban migration. Lots and lots of people have missed the mark because they left where God had originally planned to make them flourish and grow and instead of living in mansions in their country side, they're living in slums in the city. Just like Lot, many have ran towards the lush green enticements of Sodom and Gomorrah and they have nothing to show for it. If someone told Eden Hazard that moving to Real Madrid would end his career, he'd have remained content in Chelsea, are you like Eden Hazard or like Lot in the Bible. Ask yourself "What is God's will for my life in terms of my location"? When I returned to Lagos after a decade in the South East, I was in a state of flux, wondering if God indeed wanted me placed in Lagos. I said to myself, if God wants me placed in Lagos, he will show me signs that he wants me to be in Lagos. Barely 365 days after, I went to Lekki after a friend of mine recommended that I check the place out. My experiences there were indications that God indeed wants me to be planted, to grow and to thrive in Lagos. One of the reasons why King David never lost a battle was because he always asked God what steps to take each time he was about to make a move. Does God want you placed where you are right now? Sometimes a displacement is part of God's divine plan. There are some locations and socioreligious groups I used to be part off that I left due to one issue or another and each time I look at the way and manner it all happens I can see the master plan of God in action. Did you know, if I were still part of some of these socioreligious groups, by now no one would know if anyone called Apostle Constance C. Friday exists. There are some of my friends who are excellent singers, preachers, etc but no one knows they exist because they're in the wrong location. Are you where God wants you to be? I live in a country where many people see migrating out from the country as some kind of exit from hell. In actual sense, in the minds of many the country is a desert due to bad leadership, bad politics, bad policies etc but the word of God says that you don't have to see things that way. The outcome of a mans life is majorly dependent on how he sees the world he/she lives in. Do you look at the world with the eyes of the bad information that comes regularly from the press or do you choose to look at the world with the information from the "good news". The Word of God is not called " The Good News" for nothing. It is comparable to receiving an ice cold refreshing cup of water in the middle of a hot parched desert. Is following Christ more difficult? Some Folks argue that living a godly and Christ conscious or Christ centered life is more difficult than you can imagine. Are they correct? Let's look at the face off between Prophet Jeremiah and the false Prophet Hananiah for the answer. Prophet Jeremiah prophesied exactly what God wanted him to prophesy. In fact, the legend of the Prophet Jeremiah was built on true prophecies that were fearlessly delivered. Read Jeremiah Chapters 27-28 God had asked Prophet Jeremiah to wear a yoke made of wood on his neck and prophesy certain prophesies to the Israelites, which he obeyed but Prophet Hananiah grabbed the wooden yoke and broke it and said "this is how God will break the yoke...from Israel" Now did the Israelite audience like Prophet Hananiah's Prophecy? Yes most of them did. Did they like Prophet Jeremiah's prophecy? No they didn't. Yet, Prophet Hananiah's prophecies were false. FALSE PROPHETS are popular for always prophesying what people want to hear. Why? "So they can make money." I'm pretty sure that day, if two offering boxes were laid out, one for Jeremiah and the other for Hananiah so many would have rushed to drop their money in that of Prophet Hananiah. Now see what happened. Read Jeremiah 28:10-15 While Prophet Jeremiah was still prophesying with the yoke made of wood on his neck in the presence of all of Isreal, prophet Hananiah walked up to him grabbed the yoke and broke it and made prophecies that were pleasing to the ears of all Isrealites. God then sent prophet Jeremiah back to Hananiah and God said through his prophet Jeremiah, "i have replaced that yoke of wood that you broke with a yoke of iron." When people break the wooden yokes off their necks by rejecting true prophecies or the sound teachings of God's word they choose to have a yoke of iron placed on their necks instead. Christ Jesus said; following me is like wearing an easy yoke on your neck. The yoke made of wood. Read Matthew 11:29 Refusing to follow Jesus or to allow Jesus means choosing to have a yoke* of Iron placed on your neck instead of a yoke of wood. Like my friends would often say "a life without Jesus is a life full of crisis. Which do you prefer? The yoke of wood or the yoke of iron? Please make the right choice, remain blessed! 10 Battles you must fight and win to become as great as you're destined to be: Text: 1 Timothy 6:12 it says "Fight the good fight of faith" There is the good fight and there is the opposite of it, but the scriptures tells to fight the good fight of faith. Life is a battle. Everyday we're fighting. Some are winning while some are not. Our existence here on earth is like a daily work on a battlefield where fierce battles are going on. Victory belongs to those who believe it the most and believe it the longest. If you want to live a majestic and victorious life of greatness, here are 10 battles you must fight and win to join the hall of fame of those who defied all odds to reach the highest realms and pinnacles of greatness. #1. The Battle to discover your true self: Lots and lots of people have come to life and have returned back to eternal existence without living. Like Drake once said in a song he was featured in by Nicki Minaj "Everybody dies but not everybody lives". Living starts with finding out whom you truly are. A person who waltzs through life from birth to death not finding out whom he or she truly is has lived a wasteful life. It's a waste of your time in existential reality to waltz through life without being your true self. It's not to late to discover whom you truly are and it's not too late to become whom you should have been. #2. The Battle to Evolve or to develop oneself: Self discovery is just the beginning. When you discover whom you are, the next step is to evolve from what you are to what you're meant to be. What lies in between what you are presently and whom you're destined to be is a fierce battle, and a fierce competition and contention against every antagonistic elements militating against the manifestation of your future self. For example: when David was first anointed by Prophet Samuel to become the King of Israel, he was a shepherd of sheep and nothing in his reality at that point indicated he was going to sit on the throne and rule Israel successfully until his last breath. David fought so many fierce battles along the way until he became whom he was destined to be. Be willing to fight the good fight of faith. The good fight of faith is the battle to become whom you're meant to be. #3. The battle to level up: Moving up means not just becoming a man of success but also a man of value. An increase in value and being a man of substance in our society is a battle that must be fought and won. Leveling up is not a day's work, it's a lifelong task, a lifelong battle. It is important that you rise and rise again and increase in value that people call you "the light of your society" or "the light of your nation" #4. The Battle to stay up: Getting to the top or leveling up is just the beginning. The battle to stay on top is tougher, fiercer and more demanding than the battle to rise to the top. It takes a lot to prove that you're worthy of the top spot where you find yourself. Lots and lots of people want that top spot where you are, so you must guard it like you own it, like it's your personal property. Be consistent, never drop the momentum that took you up there in the first place and do as much more as you can to go beyond the top. #5. The battle to become rich and wealthy: Rising to the top and staying on top is one thing but the top can be a very dry place where stars starve if you don't know how to become rich and wealthy. When God raises a standard for you it means he takes you to the loftiest heights where demons can't torment you, then it's up to you to do all you can not to make that top spot or top position an empty place. You must fight to become rich, be willing to get your hands dirty (I don't mean do the wrong things to get rich). Getting rich is a game, making money is a game, you have to play by the rules, you may often bend the rules without breaking the rules, find your way around the limits of your becoming affluent and be exceedingly excellent at it. The sky is your footmat. #6. The battle to remain rich and wealthy: Many people become rich but only the stronger ones remain rich and to remain rich you will contend and battle with all the forces that are trying to pull you down from the lofty perch of wealthiness. Becoming rich is like beauty it attracts money to you, but remaining rich is like character, it's character that keeps you rich not beauty. #7. The battle to become richer: Becoming rich is good, remaining rich is better but the best is to finally metamorphose and become richer. Becoming rich, remaining rich and becoming richer is the evolution reserved for the strongest ones in the good fight of faith. It requires extensive consistency and an absolute lack of complacency to go higher up the ladder of wealth. You have to outwork others who are okay with becoming rich and staying rich and that is a dynamic that demands exceptional excellence. #8. The battle to make an impact: Lots of people become rich, remain rich and become richer but only a few make significant impacts in our existential reality. What is the essence of abundant wealth and riches when you do not make an impact on the lives of everyone around you? It's the reason why you're wealthy and rich in the first place. Fight to make an impact that would outlive you and outlast several generations. #9. The battle to leave an inheritance/the battle for heritage: The bible says; "a good man leaves an inheritance for his children" if you make all the wealth and riches you can and more and end up leaving nothing behind for your offsprings, your being rich and wealthy has been a waste. Leaving a heritage behind for your children is a battle and you must be willing to fight the good fight of faith. #10. The battle to leave behind a lasting legacy: Heritage is what you leave behind for your sons and daughters but legacy is what you leave behind for everyone including your children. Your children will not only benefit from your heritage, they'll also benefit from your legacy. So strive to leave an excellent legacy behind for your children and every other people. Bonus: #11. The battle to get 1-10 above done on time: In Psalm 90:12 King David said "Teach us O Lord how to number our days" This means King David was conscious of the fact that all that has been listed above from 1 to 10 has to be done within a short time. Man no longer lives as long as the Metuselaic legends in the book of Genesis. According to God's word, a person who lives up to 70 years has gone far enough, any more time added is a bonus. Your Ego: moving the big mountain and removing the cause of your misfortunes. Luke 17:6 says "Even if your faith is as little as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain move, and it will move and be cast into the sea." The person to blame for all your misfortunes, bad experiences and other unpleasant things is the man in the mirror. Admitting that you are the architect of your misfortunes is the most difficult admission a man has to make. It's quite hard to admit that you are responsible for your misfortunes, I always preferred putting all the blame on others but until I did, It was sure bound i'd keep running into more and more misfortunes. Until you admit and agree that your ego is the big mountain between you and the fulfillment of your dreams and destiny that should be moved out of the way and cast into into the sea. Man's subconscious mind is what the scriptures calls his heart. The scriptures says that man's subconscious mind (his heart) is deceitful and desperately wicked. Jeremiah 17:9 The subconscious mind is larger in size than the conscious mind and has it's sympathetic and parasympathetic functions. In this larger sized mind of man lies the most deceitful and desperately wicked thoughts and imaginations of man. It requires the possession of a mans mind with the Holy Spirit of God to control these self deceiving, self sabotaging and self destructive thoughts. With the Holy Spirit of God operating deep within your inner parts your thoughts will be purified and your will bear good fruits. Out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water (John 7:38). The belly in the text above represents your guts, which also represents your super Id, the lowest parts of your psyche (the iceberg in Dr Sigmund Freud's description of Man's subconscious mind) the parts that contain the most deceitful, treacherous and wicked thoughts of man. Jesus says; that exact part of your heart will pour out living waters, that exact part of your heart will pour out water that can consumed by men. Compared that to the dirty water that comes out of the unpurified hearts of unpurified men. This is also called the bearing of good fruits.
